"Why is this here?" Moonbyul asked, pointing angrily at the newly installed couch.

I lifted my head from my arm to see what she meant. "Byulie, loud." I whined. I had a headache.

Joon was perfectly fine beside me, reading. "Sorry. Can we keep it here? We stay here most of the time anyway."

She looked disapprovingly at us. "You guys made a mess out of the kitchen too."

"I'll take care of it," I said, resting my head back on my arms. Joon nodded. "We'll take care of it. We just got hungry since we stayed up pretty late."

Someone opened the back door, loudly. Tae's voice came booming, "You lot partied without us."

"There's like 15 bottles stacked outside," Jimin's incredulous voice soon followed.

"One of you looks different from the rest," Tae commented, looking at my state. I just glared at him.

"Where's Jin?" Jimin asked.

Joon uncomfortably looked up. "Upstairs. He hasn't warmed up to everyone yet."

Jimin sighed, "What did he actually say?"

"That everyone in this house is a nuisance and inconsiderately loud," I pouted. Byul was nodding in agreement to that. "You were loud," she said.

"You didn't invite Byul-" "You drank 15 bottles between the two of you." Tae and Jimin said at the same time looking incredulously at us.

"It wasn't fifteen~," I said while Joon just shrugged.

"Speaking of parties, here's an invite for," Tae said, animatedly opening the letter. "Miss Ade-"

"Just Gray," I groaned.

"She doesn't like her name," Joon added. That did not suppress Tae's enthusiasm towards the whole party.

"So Gray and I are going to the event," Tae explained. "Byul can take us. We'll have Jin and Jimin just in case Yoongi doesn't believe me." Yoongi being Min Yoongi, the actual king of this country. "But he likes me. So that's our last resort." Even Jimin looked skeptical at this plan.

"Why were you even going through my invite?" I questioned.

"Well, I offered to take it to you. The letter boy was ecstatic considering you live in the middle of nowhere."

"Your house is practically next door," I deadpanned.

"That is why I don't live there anymore," Tae countered.

Jimin coughed. "Taehyung has something else to say." He nudged Tae, both of them sitting close to each other having dragged stools to flock near us.

"I'm sorry I went through your letter," he said looking away and handed me an opened letter. "This came with it. I was just curious how you knew Lady Irene."

"Kim Taehyung." I grabbed the letter and quickly looked through it.

"It's just business. Nothing explicit," Tae added apologetically. Namjoon looked at the letter, grabbing his pen to make notes.

"It's coded," I stated.

Both Tae and Jimin stared wide-eyed at me. I had been taught to read codes since an early age, so it didn't take long to figure it out. "It's a trap." I translated.

Joon looked at me worriedly. Apparently he figured it out. Trap. Warn Taehyung.
