Jane POV
I run in the halls of school looking for Catherine. I couldn't find her, it's was dark the only I could see was a little bit in front of me. "Catherine! Catherine come on we have to go!" I yell and I saw Catherine, "Catherine!" I yell and run towards her. She grabs me and kisses me.

BAM
I felt myself getting hit by nerf billets "ow, what the-" I say and saw my younger sister Elizabeth staring at me

"Hi, you weren't waking up and it's time for school. No one can drive you today because they all had to be to work early, Mom forgot to make breakfast and I can't cook so Jane, make us breakfast please." She says and I groan,

"For once can someone just wake me up by gently turning the light on, or maybe a soft 'hey Jane, wake up it's time for school' instead of waking me up by jumping on my bed, shooting nerf guns at me, or pinching my nose till I can't breath?" I ask and Elizabeth puts her hands up and walks out of my room.

I walk downstairs after getting dressed "alright you guys now how to work a toaster make yourself some toast, I have to go to school." I say

"Janeeeee." Elizabeth whines and I walk over

"Yes?" I ask

"Mom said you had to make us breakfast." She says, I grab some bread and put it in the toaster,

"There I made you breakfast, take the toast out when it pops up, and then put it on the plate, gets some butter. There you go. Toast!" I say and run out the door.

At school
Anne was trying to figure out a math problem but she couldn't get it "can someone help me, I don't understand any of this?" She asks and Catherine, my crush, walks over to help her. She was just so stunning, her hair, her eye, don't even get me started on her smile. I feel someone shake me

"Jane stop, you're drooling." Kat says jokingly

"You were doing this not even 5 minutes ago with Anna so hush." I say and she blushes

"I can't help it." She says

"Neither can I." I say, Catherine walks over and sits next to me, she smiles at me. I smile and blush.

"Hello everyone." Our teacher, Ms. Atkinson says, everyone says hi and we start talking about history.

After School
I walk in and see Mom cooking, "hi mom." I say

"Hi Jane, would you mind getting me the thingy ma jig," I look at her confused then realized she was spaghetti, I take my shoes off and set my bag neat to them. I grab the drainer and hand it to Mom "thank you" she says and I nod, I grab my bag and run upstairs.

At dinner
I was sitting at the table not really paying attention to their conversation, but thinking about Catherine. I start smiling thinking about her, I just want to be able to call her mine, be able to kiss her whenever I want, say I love you, I want to be able to just be by her side. "Jane what are you thinking about?" Thomas asks

"Um nothing." I say

"Well I think she's thinking about her crush." Elizabeth says

"Yeah I mean did you see how she was smiling?" My older brother Henry says

"Guys can we not talk about this?" I ask but Dad shakes his head 'no'

"So who's this mystery boy you're thinking about?" Dad asks, I hadn't come out to them yet I was really nervous about telling them.
