PARRWARD
Kat POV
I hate the dark. I hate the dark. I hAtE tHe DaRk. I stand up and I could seriously see a monster trying to get me. I crawl under my blanket completely and grab my phone.
KitKat💕: Can you come into my room?
Cathy💙: 1. Why are you up at 4:00am 2. Yeah I'll be there in a few seconds.
I hear footsteps and my door opens. Please be Cathy not someone trying to kill me. "Kat? Where are you?" Cathy asks and I move my head out from under my blanket.
"I'm right here," I whisper and Cathy sits down next to me.
"Why are you up?" Cathy asks,
"C-can you just check under my bed.... a-and maybe in my closet?" I ask and Cathy gives me a weird look.
"Yeah?" She says more as a question. She opens my closet door and looks in. "What am I looking for exactly?" Cathy asks and I curl up under my blanket.
"Monsters," I mumble and Cathy starts to laugh.
"Awwww, is baby Kitty afraid of monsters?" Cathy asks and walks over to my bed, I whine and she laughs.
"I'm not a baby Cathy," I say and she sits down next to me. She kisses my head.
"I know. But why are you up at 4:00am?" She asks,
"Because I'm afraid of the dark," I whisper and Cathy giggles and kisses my head. She stands up and walks out. "Wait! Cathy! I'm not gonna be able to sleep if you don't come back!" I whisper shout. Cathy doesn't come back and I start to cry, I absolutely hate the dark. Cathy walks I'm holding something. She runs towards me and sits down. I climb into her arms and hug her tightly.
"I'm sorry for leaving. I could t find the night light," Cathy whispers and I look at her.
"Night light?" I ask and she moves me out of her lap. She stands up and walks over to plug the 'night light' in and it turns on. It was pink which made me happy.
"Wanna try and sleep now?" Cathy asks and I nod, she lays down next to me and I cuddle into her. "I love you," Cathy whispers and kisses my head.
"I love you too," I whisper.
