Cathy POV
I giggle and Cathy wraps her arms around my waist. "Kaaaaaaattttttt" I say and Kat hugs me,
"What?" She asks and I slip out of her arms,
"I have to go!" I exclaim giggling and she hugs me again, "Katherine Howard! Let me go!" I exclaim and she shakes her head,
"Noooooo." She whines and I giggle and slip out her arms again. She grabs my hands and I look at her,
"What do you want?" I ask and she pecks my lips,
"For you too not leave!" Kat whines and I giggle and kiss her head,
"I have too. It's only for a day Kat,"
"A day and a night and you won't be able to cuddle with me!" Kat exclaims, I kiss her and she kisses back.
"If you'd just let me go, I'd be back before you know it." I say and she let's go,
"Fine. But I'm expecting lots of hugs and cuddles when you get back!" She exclaims and I kiss her again,
"Don't worry, you'll get all the cuddles in the world." I say and she smiles, "okay, I have to go. I love you!" I exclaim and she smiles
"I love you too," she says and I walk out of our bedroom and out of the front door.
20 minutes later
I hum the lyrics to the song and suddenly a car swerves to the right and I jerk the steering wheel to the left, I lose control of the car and I scream. As I try to get control back of the car I end up breaking through the guard rail, I scream more and all I see is green and different shades of blue and black. I scream as a window in the back of car breaks. I start crying and I scream again and duck as a branch breaks through another window. A branch breaks through the window next to me and then everything went black.
Kat POV
I laugh at Catherine, we were playing charades. My phone starts to ring and I look at it, unknown number. I answer it, "hello?" I ask,
"Hi, is this Katherine Howard?" The guy asks and everyone looks at me confused,
"Yes. Can I help you with something?" I ask and Anne mouths
'Who is it?' And I shrug,
"Catherine Parr was in a car accident and you need to come to Tudor Hospital." He says and my face drops,
"I-I'll be there." I say and hang up, I stand up and run to the door, I feel tears brimming in my eyes and I put on my shoes.
"Kat? What's wrong?" Jane asks and I look at her,
"C-Cathy was in a car accident and we need to go," I say and everyone stands up and puts on their shoes.
At ze hospital
I walk into the hospital and to the front desk. "Can I help you?" The lady asks and I nod and wipe my tears away, calm down Kat, she's gonna be just fine.
"I-I'm here for C-Catherine Parr" I say and the lady gives me a sorry face.
"She's in surgery right now, but might I ask who you are?" She asks and I take in a deep breath,
"K-Katherine Howard," I stutter and she gives me a small smile.
"You can wait in those chairs right there and we will call you name when we get more news."
An hour later
Anne runs her fingers through my hair and I sigh, "d-do you think she'll be okay?" I ask and Anne nods,
"I really hope she is." Anne says and I hug her and I let a tear fall.
"I-I don't want to lose her," I whisper and Jane moves some hair out of my face and I wipe my tears away, I hate crying.
"And you're not going too. She's strong, she'll make it." Jane whispers and I hug her,
"Family for Catherine Parr?" A doctor asks and I stand up and walk towards him,
"I-is she okay?" I ask and he sighs and shakes his head,
"Sh-she passed." He says and my face drops and more tears fall down my face,
"I-I" I stutter and Anne hugs me, I start crying into her shoulder.
"I'm so sorry for your loss," he says and I continue to cry.
"I-it's okay, you did everything you could." Anne says for me and I grip onto her tighter, Anne rubs my back and starts whispering things into my ear. I wipe my tears away and look at the other queens who either were crying or were trying not too.
"I-I wanna go h-home," I whisper looking at Anne and she nods.
At home
I run up the stairs and into me and Cathys room and lock the door. I look at all her papers scattered across the room, I start crying and pick up her paper that she left me this morning before she left. I love you Kitty! I can't wait for our cuddles! It said on her messy handwriting, I start crying more and sink to the floor.
I say there for what felt like hours just crying on the floor, I stand up and walk into my old bedroom and lay down on my bed, I didn't want to be in our bedroom because I'm never gonna stop crying.
I hear a knock at the door and I wipe away my tears, "h-hmm?" I ask and Jane opens the door and walks towards me,
"H-how are you feeling?" She asks and I bite my lip trying not to cry.
"I-I don't know," I say and Jane hugs me. I let a tears slip and whimper, I sniffle and Jane rubs my back.
"If you need to cry then cry Kat." Jane whispers and I start crying into her shoulder.
"I-I want her b-back," I say and Jane whispers soothing things into my ear. "Wh-why did she h-have to be th-the one to die?" I ask and Jane sniffles,
"I don't know Kat. I wish I did but I don't know," Jane says and I look at her.
"I miss h-her and I love her. Wh-why-" I cut myself off because I was crying so much. Jane pulls me back into a hug and starts singing in my ear, I feel my eyes starting to get heavy and I fall asleep in her arms.
