Anne POV
I smile and look at Catherine who was asleep. It's her birthday today and I had a surprise for her. I climb out of bed and walk downstairs, "morning Annie." Kat says yawning,

"Morning!" I exclaim excitedly and Cathy whines,

"Give me your energy please! I'm begging you!" Cathy says and I shake my head,

"Nope!" I exclaim and I grab a frying pan, Jane runs over to me.

"You be careful using that stove!" Jane exclaims and I nod,

"Yes ma'am!" I say and Jane laughs.

A few minutes later
I grab the pancakes and walk upstairs opening me and Catherine's door. I smile seeing that she was reading, "happy birthday!" I exclaim and she laugh smiling.

"Hello to you too!" She says and I set the pancakes in front of her, "so what's my special surprise today?" She asks and I shake my head,

"You aren't allowed to know yet." I say and she frowns,

"Why not?" She asks and I kiss her,

"Because it's a surprise." I whisper and she whines,

"This is why I hate my birthday!" She exclaims eating on of the pancakes,

"I thought it was because you're getting old ya oldie!" I say and she gasps and shoves me,

"I'm only 26!" She exclaims and I laugh,

"And I'm 25 which makes you older than me which makes you an oldie!" I say and she laughs,

"Whatever Love." She says and I smile,

"I have to go somewhere today." I say and Catherine frowns, "it's for your surprise." I say and she smiles. I kiss her head and look at my watch,

10:00

"Oh I gotta go! I'll see you later Cath!" I exclaim and kiss her head,

"Bye Annie, love you!" She exclaims as I run downstairs.

"Love you too!" I shout and I put on my shoes,

"Where are you going?" Kat asks and I smile,

"Somewhere." I say and walk out of the door with the car keys.

20 minutes later
I smile as I hear the baby's heartbeat, I feel tears brimming in my eyes and the doctor smiles at me. "Oh Cath's gonna be so happy," I whisper and wipe away my tears.

"She'll be very happy," the doctor says as she finishes. "So the baby's very healthy and everything seems good." She says and I smile, she prints out the ultrasound pictures and I sit up.

In the car
I sit in the car and look at the pictures. I can't wait to tell Catherine.

At ze house
I open the door and Kat runs over trying to grab the envelope where I put the pictures. I hold my hand up and she whines. "Anne! I wanna see what's in the envelope!" Kat exclaims and I run upstairs and into my room with Kat behind me. I shut my door locking it and Kat whines. I laugh and walk over to my bed grabbing a box. I put the pregnancy test and the ultrasounds there and smile.

Later that night
"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Catherine happy birthday to you!" We all sing and Catherine smiles blowing out he candles. I smile and sit down next to her,

"What'd you wish for?" I whisper in her ear,

"For a baby." She whispers and I smile hugging her tightly,
