Janes POV
"Catherine, I really like you a lot, I like you more than words can explain, and I just need to know if you like me back." I said sitting in front of Catherine my best friend since kindergarten, my crush since grade 2.

Boom I was rudely awoken by a pillow, I looked up to see my older brother Thomas looking at me "Thomas, what the hell." I said my voice groggy
"Number one you sounded like dad that one time he drank the kool aid powder (I accidentally did this a few days ago) number 2 mom said-" he clears his throat and put on his best mom voice "-if Jane isn't up and ready in the next 20 minutes then I'm not driving her to school."
"okay but why did you hit me with a pillow?"
"Cause I felt like it." He said walking out my room. After sitting in my bed for 5 minutes I got up and started getting ready. I wore a light grey sweater (jumper) and black jeans, I put my hair in a half up, half down style and walked out of my room.
"Look who finally decided to show up for breakfast" my older brother Henry said
"Shut up please" I said and mom set a plate of toast and eggs in front of me "thank you" I said getting up to grab peanut butter then my younger sisters Elizabeth, Margery, and Dorthy walked in
"Are you gonna put peanut butter on your eggs?" Dorthy said disgust in her voice
"How many times do I have to tell you, I put my peanut butter on my toast not my eggs or my bacon." I say shutting our draw where we keep the knifes
"Jane ten minutes till we have to go and remember to go get socks after you eat, did you study last night for you history test." I shook my head no "Jane why didn't you study" I swallowed my food before answering
"Because it's an easy topic, it's the Six wives of Henry the eighth, one of which you named me after and my entire friend group has the names of the queens. And, I already learned about them in grade 5 with Catherine." I said blushing after I said Catherine's name
"OoOoOoOoO someone's gotta a cruuuushhhh," Elizabeth said laughing with Dorthy
"Bess if you don't quit-" I said, I told her was gay 2 months ago. Biggest mistake of my life.
"Has a crush on who?" Mom said looking at me
"Ca-"
"Elizabeth Marie Seymour if you don't hush you mouth, I will get the baby pictures out." Every single picture of Elizabeth are of her naked because Henry burned all the ones where she was wearing clothes.
"You wouldn't dare," she said standing up to look at me
"Oh I most certainly would." I say
"Jane if you're done eating go get you socks and shoes and lets go we're going to be late." Mom said. I nod my head and set my dishes in the sink and ran upstairs to grab my socks, shoes, my bag and my reading glasses and walked downstairs and into the car.
"So who's this mystery boy you have a crush on?" Mom said, I started to panic, my mom is very religious, always hating on the LGBQTIA community, type of religious.
"I-I um, it's no one" I said
"Sure Jane, you can tell me later" she said pulling out of the driveway
After the ride to school
"Bye Jane, love you" Mom yelled as I walked into the building to see T.G.G (the group of gays aka Catherine, Anne, Anna, Kitty, and Cathy) waiting by my locker, Kitty looked at me she was good at reading people and probably knew that I saw still in panic mode with a sprinkle of annoyance.
"You looked mad, why are you mad, also why are you panicking?" Kitty said really fast, Cathy must have let her have a drink of her coffee this morning.
"My family" I said shoving my bag into my locker taking out my history books
"What'd they do this time." Catherine said grabbing my books, it was something she did when she knew I had a bad morning.
"I was having a really good dream and then Thomas hit my head really bad and now I have a headache, and then Henry was like 'oh looks who finally decided to show up for breakfast' and I told him to shut up and then my mom made toast so I went to grab peanut butter and Dorthy was like 'eeew you put peanut butter on you eggs' and then I was like-" everyone cuts me off by going
"How many times do I have to go over this, I put my peanut butter on my toast not my eggs or bacon" I nod my head
"And then my mom was mad cause I didn't study for the history test."
" but me and you already learned about it in grade 5" Catherine says
"That's what I told her and then Bess was like 'OOOOOOOO sometimes got a crush' and I told her to hush and she almost said my crush out loud which would result in me getting my butt kicked by both my mother and father. And then on the ride here Mom went on about her daily rant about how'the gays are disgusting and how I need to stop hanging out with you guys. Can someone please take my mom away for just 27 years, please anyone," I say and we arrived at History and we went to the table that we all sat at together
"They way you woke up was nothing compared to how I woke up" Kitty says and Anne start laughing
"How'd you wake up"
"Annie poured flour and water and cracked an egg in my head to wake me up and then yelled at me cause I was taking to long in the shower"
"Annie what the hell is wrong with you" Cathy says
"Too many things to be named" she said and we all laughed
Lunch time
"Jane please tell us your crush we won't tell anyone pleaseeee" Anne and Kitty we're begging for me to tell them after my story this morning
"No for the last time"
"Please can you give us a hint" Cathrine says with puppy dog eyes everyone else following her lead
"You guys play mean." I said "okay she has drama with me Anna and Catherine" I say, little do they know it's Catherine.
"Okay Catherine start racking up your brain for the name of the kids in drama." Anna says grabbing a price of paper and pen handing it to Catherine, who immediately start scribbling our names, Anne, Kitty and Cathy lives to other side of the table to start guessing.
4 days later
The T.G.G was walking to Math "Is it Jessica?" Anne asks, I shook my head no like I have been for the past 4 days, Cathy and Kitty groaned in frustration
"Jane we have been over the list 8 times, we have everyone in the list who is it!?!" Anna yelled, they didn't add Catherine to the list.
"You actually forgot someone." I said
Kitty groaned and stomped her feet on the ground like a 4 year old
"Jane I'm gonna kill you" she said
"Not if my mother kills me first." I said and walked into math and sat at my table with them
"Catherine who did you forget??" Cathy asked
"No one I've redone that list in Drama with all the kids in there I don't know who I forgot." She said looking at the list and the teacher walked over her name was Ms. Paris she's one of my favorite teachers
"I'm hearing a lot of complaining is there anything I can do to help?" She asks pulling up a chair since we were pretty early kids normally don't come for about another 2 minutes
"Do you know the names of all the kids in 5th hour drama" Cathy asked she nods her head and walks over to her desk and hands them the list.
"HALLELUJAH" Kitty yells
"Anna pen." Catherine says
"Cross of Jessica, Hunter, Jaqueline, and percilla." Anne said and Catherine listens
"Georgia, Gia, Grace, Vicki, and both Courtney's" Cathy said after drinking her coffee
"Toby, Lucy, Dave, Collette, Hanna, Zara, and both Lauren's" Kitty says
"Jodie, Jen, Shaka, Sophie, and Harriet" Anna said
"But that only leaves us with Catherine and Anna" Kitty says
"I know." I said and raised my hand seeing as Ms. Paris had started the lesson
"Yes Jane"
"Can I go to the bathroom" I said and she nods I see Anne mouth 'you bish' and I smiled and mouthed 'love you too Anne.'
Catherine POV
Oh my god, Jane could like me, Jane Seymour could actually like me after Jane went to the bathroom I raised my hand "Yes Catherine"
"Can I go to the bathroom as well" I asked she just nods her head and I ran to the bathroom.
"Jane Seymour is it me or is it Anna" I said to see her standing in front of the sink, "I'm not gonna tell you."
"Is it Anna" I mentally prepared myself for a yes
"No" she said barley above a whisper, I looked up at her
"Is it me?" I said barley above a whisper
"Yeah" I stood there shocked
"And I understand if you don't like me back and that not that big of a deal, I can just ge-" I cut her off by kissing her, she was shocked but started kissing back. I could butterflies in my stomach, She put her hand on my face as I was doing to her. She pulled away so she could catch her breath
"I like you too Jane, I have since grade 3" I say and she kisses me again but this time I pull away.
"That was my first kiss" she said, I smiled at her.
"Well it was a very good first kiss"
And we walked back to class. Anna looked at me and mouthed 'is it me or you' I pointed to myself, Anna had a face of relief on her face as soon as I pointed to myself and mouthed 'good cause I like KitKat' my mouth hung open.
After class
"You bish who is it" Anne said pointing at Jane
"You'll just have to ask" she said
"Is it Anna" kitty said a face of worry on her face
"Nope" kitty's face, like Anna's had a face of relief on it
"Oh my god. ITS CATHERINE" Anne yelled and everyone looked at her, she just smiled awkwardly and waved. Cathy grabbed her arm and pulled her towards art and Jane just nodded her head.
"So you mean to tell me that we wasted 4 whole days guessing random names for you drama class just to find out she's literally been right by your side the entire time" Kitty said
"Yes queen bling bling sparkle bling bling." Jane said laughing and Kitty hit her
"I said that when we were in grade one" and walked into French.
"I think I'm gonna keep this list forever" I said
"How about you keep me forever" Jane said
"Yes I will keep my girlfriend forever"
"Girlfriend?" She questioned
"Oh right. Jane Seymour will you be my girlfriend?" I ask and she nods her head and grabs my hand
"Stop being lovey dovey you guys make me wanna puke or switch to French with Kitty" Anna said
"You do that cause you like her." I said and she gives me a death glare
"W H A T?!??!?!!!!" Jane yells
"Catherine I'm gonna kill you!"
"Not if Janes mom kills me first"

Hello, this was requested by JaneSuddenlySeymour  I had fun writing this thanks for the idea. Sorry this is really long. I was listening to music at full volume while writing this but my ears are already dead and I know this because when I first heard Natalie name I hear Frat Boy and when I first heard Maiyas name I hear Maiya Squakish bread.
