DEATH WEEK DAY 4! Shall we begin? I think we shall. This gonna be short so ye.
My inspiration for this one shot? RISE OF THE GAURDIENS AND ONLY BECAUSE OF THAT ONE PART WHERE JACK FALL THROUGH ZE ICE TO SAVE HIS SISTER (*looks at older brother* take notes). AND NOW WE START ZE ONE SHOT (not shit -.-)
Anne POV
I giggle and hold Cathys hand. "I'm gonna teach you how to ice skate!" She exclaims
"Okay" I say and she pulls me forward making me laugh.
As we arrive at the lake I look at it a little concerned. "Cathy, are you sure we should be ice skating on this?" I ask and she sits down on a bench so she could put her ice skates on and I do the same.
"Yeah! I do this all the time, you'll be fine!" Cathy says (says the one that's about to die)
"Okay," I say and she carefully walks towards the ice and steps on it and nothing happens.
"See, it's fine!" Cathy says and I walk towards her and she grabs my hands and she pulls me on to the ice. I giggle as she starts skating backwards and pulling me with her, I've never been taught how to ice skate so today Cathy's teaching me. She lets go of my hands and I try not to fall.
"Cathy! Come back! I don't wanna fall!" I shout, she giggles and skates over and kisses my cheek and skates away from me. "Caaathhyyyy!" I whine and she giggles. All of a sudden I hear a small crack and look down and saw a crack in the ice. I look up at Cathy.
"Don't move," Cathy says and I start to panic.
"C-Cathy." I stutter and Cathy slowly starts skating towards me.
"Annie. I'm gonna grab your hand and then I'm gonna pull you this way slowly." Cathy says and the ice cracks more, I look at her scared. "Hey, you're gonna be okay just give me your hand." Cathy says and I hold my hands for her too grab, the ice starts cracking more and then it felt like time froze.
Cathy skates towards me quickly and moved me so that she was the one standing where the ice was cracking and I had landed on the ice further away from her. "CATHY!" I scream as the ice breaks underneath her and she falls in. "CATHY! NO!" I scream and start skating as best as I could to where she was. I look and try to see her but I can't "CATHY!" I scream and start crying. I don't what to do! I take of my ice skate as fast as I could and start pounding on the ice. Cathy. I grab her hand and pull her out, her body was limp and she was freezing.
I grab her arm and check for a pulse. Not there not there not there. I start crying more and (okay y'know ze thing where you put your hands on the persons chest and you do the thing that makes them be alive in someway? Yeah so dats what Anne's doing) I do mouth to mouth. After a few try's it still isn't working, I pull out my phone and call 911.
At home
I sit on the car crying and Jane opens the door and peaks her head out. She saw me and look concerned. She runs over to the car and I open it, "where's Cathy?" Jane asks and I start crying more. She hugs me,
"Sh-she fell i-in the ice" I whisper and Jane looks at me concerned.
"Is she okay?" Jane asks and I shake my head, Janes face drops and she hugs me tightly.
"Sh-she d-d-d-" I cut myself off by crying more.
"You don't have to say Annie. I know what you mean." Jane says and I feel something tugging at my pants, I saw Mae looking up at me.
"Mamamamamama." Mae says a bunch and looks for Cathy. "Mama?" She asks and try's to look for her. I pick Mae up and hug her tightly.
Hey. So we aren't gonna kill me BECAUSE I AM WRITING SOME FLUFF IN LIKE 2 SECONDS SO MMMMMM.
Random Fact: I laying in my sister bed while listening to Dear Evan Hansen and she be going through her clothes
