♡Never Ending♡(Incomplete)

?~Investigate~? ☾Chapter 18☽

✦✦✦I carried PB to the Ice Kingdom and Marshall flew next to me. I explained everything to Marshall and he asked, "Wait.. So this, Ice King knows about Fionna and Cake but no one has ever been to Aaa in more than 1000 years atleast? That's weird.. Than that means he must have something to know about us in Aaa." I agreed, "Yeah and that's why we're here! To find out how this old geezer knows about Aaa and why he never told any of us. I mean I understand if it's private but Ice King is a loud person and would literally do anything to lure in some princess by showing off that he knows about a land that no one has traveled to in along time. Which is definitely something he'd do." PB sighed in agreement and said, "Yeah, literally, but remember! If he even has memory of Aaa as Simon. But there's still a chance he could of converted them into fairy tales!" We saw the window and we flew in. It was all vacant. Not even a little penguin to be seen. I looked at PB, "Hey so let's investigate while he's gone and get this over with soon." She nodded. We were snooping around when this ice wall opened, and Ice King came out. "Hey! What are you crazy people doing..!?" He paused and looked at Marshall, "Wait.. Is that..?!" Ice King gasped, "Marshall Lee!" He yelled in excitement. I looked at Ice King and blurted forcibly. "Alright you old man! Tell us how you know about Aaa and how you know Marshall Lee!" I said, forcibly. Ice King put his hands up in surrender and panicked. "Hey! Woah! I thought this guy was only in a book!" He responded. I looked at PB and she shrugged confused as much as I was. "A book?" I asked. Ice King nodded and pointed through the Ice door and exclaimed, "I can show you! I'm not lying!" "
Alright! Than show us!" I declared. Ice King patted his foot and whistled saying, "On one condition! I will show you my book as long as I get to meet Fionna and Cake." Okay so than that means Ice King really didn't know Aaa existed and just assumed it was a story.. A story told by a book? but how could a book know of recent personal information though? Also than if he had a book that would tell tales of Aaa than that doesn't mean he's been to Aaa before. Atleast we didn't know yet. "Alright! How do you know Fionna and Cake exist?!" I yelled out. Ice King said, "We'll Marshall Lee is in my book with Fionna and Cake! Which means Fionna and Cake exist!" Ahhh.. So it was a book, he didn't even know Aaa actually existed! "Ugh.. Alright! You can see Fionna and Cake but you have to show us everything we want to know!" I yelled. Ice King nodded and headed down the stairs and we followed after him. We reached deep into his castle and could see a shrine built. It was a shrine of Fionna and Cake. "That's creepy." Marshall whispered. We all agreed and Ice King handed me a book. "This is my book! This is where I get stories of my beautiful Fionna and Cake! It's not ordinary though! This book always has new stories and pictures."
"Wait so this "story" practically always resets and tells new stories?" I asked. Ice King nodded. I handed the book to PB, and she was began to investigate it. I turned to Ice King, "Wait.. How did you get this book Ice King?" Ice King scratched his beard and responded, "We'll I bought it at a wizard store along time ago. It came with this letter." Ice King took a letter out of his beard and tossed it to me. "I bought the book in Wizard City.. because we'll.. Why not? I tossed it in all my books and it sat there for years! Until one day it fell and It landed open and I saw the images being displayed of such a nice land! I do recall though when I bought the book that the man told me that he found it and just tossed it in the books for sale after some war? No one touched or even claimed it. That's when I bought it and I let it sit down here for years! It didn't look interesting. The book contained a letter which I discovered when it fell open for the first time since I had bought it. I think I tried reading it once but It was junk." I unfolded the letter and began to read it out loud.

Dear, To whomever finds this.

This book tells the stories of Aaa. Another land not far from Ooo. I've learned to much of this land so I've decided to just cast a spell on this ordinary book to tell stories I will not be able to tell once I'm gone. See I contain a crown that I know will soon make me lose my sanity and along with that, my memory. My life as Simon will no longer be remembered. I traveled to a land called Aaa by myself and I showed show kingdoms the life of Ooo and how we rule. I'm sure their cultures and values will be similar to Ooo, but I will be gone by than. I have no time to tell the stories of Aaa because of this war that has begun and so I leave this book to tell what I can not. Hopefully Aaa and Ooo have met by now and that they live in peace.

I began to tear up. Simon had written this book! He probably dropped it.. He probably had to much on his mind, worrying about me during the war to even recall the stories of Aaa. Which is why I never heard of them.. This all made sense! No wonder the kingdoms of Aaa and Ooo are also very similar. It all connected! It was such a coincidence that Simon left this book for all of Ooo to know about Aaa but yet no one knew because Simon as Ice King took the book himself and hid it down here for years. Barely even recovering the book himself.. Marshall hugged me. "It's okay.." Marshall said while hugging me and soothing me until I stopped crying.. Ice King than ran somewhere and came back with a hand full of books. "See! I wrote books dedicated to Fionna and Cake! I got my ideas because of those books! I hoped ever since I found that book to find Fionna and Cake!" I sighed and tucked the letter in my pocket. "Thanks for answering our questions Ice King.. Helped a lot.." I replied in a sigh. He snapped and said, "No problem but don't forget the deal!" He declared. I nodded, "Yeah.. I know.. We'll were heading over to Aaa right now.. So? You can come with us to meet Fionna and Cake right now if you'd like." Ice King jumped with excitement and began scrambling books and began changing his clothes. We all looked away and ignored the fiasco he was causing behind us. "Here Marceline. You can keep the book. It seems as if this book will no longer be needed since Ooo and Aaa have met." PB said while giving me the book. I grabbed it and held it close to me. This was yet another memory left to me of the Simon that once was. "Well now all of that has been figured out.. Ice King didn't know this was another land.. He thought this book was just a fairy tale.. Which means he has no memory of Aaa as Simon.. But those forest grew after Simon returned, and Marceline you broke the barrier of the unknown. The barrier that converted to a physical form by itself for about 1100 years. Making the forests long, and difficult to pass through." We all nodded and agreed that the questions were all answered. Everything made sense, and no questions were left to answer. Ice King interrupted our conversation and said, "Alright I'm ready!" We all turned to him and sighed, "Alright let's go.." I said and now we were heading back to Aaa.
