When I got home to Betty's house I went to my room and slammed the door then locked it behind me. I hear a couple of knocks on the door and sobbing.
B-Juggie please just let me in I'm so sorry please. It meant nothing to me I just want to talk to you!
J-Go away Betty!
B-Please just let me in.
She cried and it almost came out as a whisper I slowly walked over to the door. I put my hand on the door knob but then I stopped myself and leaned against the door. I really liked her but she hurt me and I've been hurt enough I don't want to be hurt again.
B-Fine I'm going to the drive-in at 8 for what would be our date if you don't go I'll get the message.
Should I go? I thought to myself. I heard her walk away so I went on my phone for a while scrolling through Instagram then I found Betty's. I looked through her profile when I came across a picture of her and Archie that she hadn't deleted. They were in Pop's and she was eating a salad and Archie had his arm around her, with the caption:
Me and babe eating lunch, what a cutie. ❤️💕✨🍔🥤
I rolled my eyes and realised it was already 7:50 then I heard the front door close meaning she left. I decided against going because she didn't even make an effort to delete the photo. I felt bad though really bad but she kissed Archie.
