The rest of the week flew by, Maddie was finally starting to feel like Seoul was her home and she wasn't just a visitor, she'd trained hard every day putting in extra sessions with the dreamies at the gym, they would revise and work out together. Taeil was really happy with her medical skills and the others who had trained her were equally impressed with her quick learning and improvement. She'd been taking every opportunity to do some training for the assessment that would follow on Sunday, so she joined the dream members again and trained her physical fitness while studying. Reading flash cards while doing sit-ups and revising textbooks while on the treadmill, or reciting an equation with every targeted punch and kick to the punching bag, it was nice to have the dreamies there too doing their various workouts while helping Maddie revise and train.
She'd especially enjoyed her training with Taeil as it felt more productive and useful to her, she worked really hard but it was a lot easier to learn on the job and they couldn't exactly go slicing people up just to stitch them back together, even if they did manage convince the dreamies, it wasn't a great idea. Although her medical training was her favourite she couldn't help but miss Sungchan who was off doing his own specific training with someone else.
Taeyong had been called out on some urgent business so had left halfway through their training session on Thursday leaving her with the other members to finish. Then on Friday Mark and Doyong had spent hours with her solely focusing on shooting, Maddie was in awe of Marks sharp shot and Doyongs quick reactions.
It was now Saturday, Jaehyun's and Yuta had come back home with the new ember Maddie hadn't met yet, and she had until the evening before Lucas came back for some SuperM business while Yangyang and Hendry finished up in his home town. Lucas had persuaded her to pick him up from the airport so naturally she'd roped Johnny and Mark into taking her. She actually really enjoyed spending time in the gym either by herself or with the dreamies and she could slowly feel her health coming back as she ate more and exercised more.
Jaehyun had gone mental when he found out about Maddies poor eating habits, he had rambled on for hours about why she had to eat a lot with all the training she was doing and that she'd never gain the muscle she needed if she was starving herself, and now, after a phone call with Izzy, Johnny and Mark had been watching her even move making sure that she ate enough. Jaemin had been trying to teach her boxing and help with her self defence, when she wanted to do something she'd get it done to an extremely high standard, and she wanted to do well in the gang.
Hyunjin had asked her if she wanted to meet up over the weekend while they shared a cigarette and of course she'd agreed, when Maddie had told Alice she'd insisted it was a date but Maddie wasn't certain what to think if it, just like she was so confused about what her relationship with him even was. The weather was starting to get cold so she wore a pair of light blue jeans with a designer sweatshirt tucked in her trusty Gucci belt. She grabbed her overused black leather bag and headed out to where she was meeting him checking her simple makeup in the mirror before she left.
She wondered down the road with no hurry, the streets had started to become familiar to her, she'd walked them nearly everyday since she'd arrived. She'd usually be rushing to get to school and she enjoyed that she could actually breath as she strolled down the street taking in the familiar scenery in more detail as she pushed her hair out of her eyes with her aviators.
