It had been a few days since he and Logan built the puzzle. He was rather comfortable around Logan now. He was actually just hanging out on his table right now. It gave him a nice view of everything. Logan swung the door open, just now coming back from work. He was putting everything away from muscle memory as he looked down at his phone, looking like he was reading something.

"Whatcha reading Logan?" Virgil's words startled Logan a bit, and Virgil was taken aback by how he was able to scare the human even a little.
"Oh nothing, apparently my friends just moved in with each other. Speaking of them, we'll be going camping next weekend. Would you like to come with or stay here? I wouldn't let them find you but if you ran into any trouble here I wouldn't be able to help.." Logan seemed to forget that Virgil could manage perfectly fine by himself but he didn't care, Logan was just worrying about him.
"I guess I'll come? Sounds fun to get a change of scenery, but you need to promise you'll take me back home with you..." He trusted Logan would, but he was still scared to get stuck out in the wilderness. He wasn't anywhere near prepared to get stuck in the wild with all those animals... Logan nodded,
"Of course! I see no logical reason as to why I would leave you there. Plus, you're rather good company."
Virgil smiled. Sure, his way of explaining that he was fond of Virgil was weird and wordy but he'd gotten used to the way he talked by now. He was just happy the human considered him a friend.

Back with Remus and Patton, they were talking about the same thing to Roman and Janus. Roman was excited to see another new place but Janus was a bit weary at the thought. The last time he went somewhere new he barely survived... luckily Patton had left a window open and he had his hook with him. Eventually Janus agreed to come with, he hated the thought of being alone again. He had grown accustom to hanging out with either Roman or one of the humans during most of the day, and he didn't really like the thought of being at the house alone with the dog either. So it was settled, Roman and Janus would be coming with, most likely staying out of sight the entire time though.

Logan went to his room and Virgil sat on the table. He was nervous to leave and head somewhere new but he'd be with Logan, and part of him really wanted to meet Logan's friends. He didn't want to actually meet them, like face to face, but if he was there in hiding he'd be able to see what kinda friends the human had. He sat up and walked over to his hook, sliding down the fish line, unlatching it and rolling it back up once he got to the floor. He had enough of laying in the sun on Logan's desk. Yeah, it was nice but he wanted to head back to his room now. He went into the walls and went back up to his room.

He set his hook down and grab a grape he had stashed up there. He was thinking of what might happen during the camping trip when he suddenly tipped into some rather frighting thoughts. He quickly shook them away though. Logan wouldn't let him get hurt and he'd most likely just stay inside the tent or cabin the whole time... Nothing bad could really happen in there, he reassured himself. But still, he continued thinking of what might go wrong, which only caused him to scare himself. Once he was done with his grape he decided it'd be best to just go to bed and stop thinking.
