When Tooni was done telling his story, everyone applauded him.
"That was a great story, my boy. I really enjoyed listening to you." His father, Jide said.
Tooni beamed with pride. "Thank y–"
"My turn! My turn!" Ara yelled.
He glared at her. "Your turn to do what?"
"To say my story." She glared back at him.
"What story do you have to say?"
"Tooni." His mom, Nifemi warned, causing him to pout.
"Fine." He agreed. "You can say your own story."
Since it was still raining outside and the Oladeles' couldn't leave yet, everyone settled further into the couches and listened to her speak.
