Sarom had just arrived back at his house, riding his horse that galloped gracefully. Once he had neared the small but cozy hut, the sources of light being the torches hung on the wall, the Black Knight got off his horse and gave the animal a good pet as he guided it to its barn, already having its hay supply nearby so it could feed on it whenever it felt hungry.

After taking some good looks on the horse, Sarom let out a small breath and began taking off his helmet, revealing a fine-looking middle-aged man with a short beard on his chin, and the face of a man who had fought countless battles in his lifetime with victory, a man with experience who was not to be underestimated. He stretched his neck and put his knight equipments, including his large cleaver, and kept them inside a cabinet beside his horse, covering it with a large towel and some hay.

Perhaps his wife had no idea of his own occupation, perhaps she did not know that he was a Black Knight of The Horn serving The Lord himself, the very demon that everyone in the Living Realm feared and despised, and he had no choice but to keep it that way, so that his wife and their unborn child would remain safe. Sarom truly loved his little family no matter what. He spent a few minutes just staring at helmet he was still holding, before he heard a surprisingly joyous noise, causing him to widen his eyes and gasp.

The noise of a baby crying. The noise of a new life entering the world.

Sarom immediately wasted no time and rushed to his house, opening the door as fast as he could, pushing it open to see his wife laying on the bed, sitting against the wall while carrying a newborn baby covered in blanket in her arms, giving the infant the motherly warmth she had been craving to give for her whole life. She had given birth to their child. In front of his wife was another woman, probably Sarom's mother in law. He looked at her and immediately bowed with a nervous smile. His nervousness for being a father for the first time tensed up.

Their gazes then met, and his wife smiled warmly yet also tiredly at him, probably exhausted from the birth procedure earlier. She looked at their baby and swung her gently, kissing the baby's cheek before looking at Sarom again who was still standing there, frozen, blank, eyes widened while his mouth was slightly parting. She chuckled seeing him and showed her beloved husband the seed they had planted, the fruit that had already become ripe.

"It...it's a boy." Sarom's wife breathed out with a happy grin reaching her eyes. "It's our son." her eyes sparkled in joy. Sarom smiled too and slowly made his way, walking to the bed as he kneeled down to reach a good enough height for the both of them, so he could get a clearer look at his newborn.

"He's so beautiful." Sarom awed at the sight, almost crying out of joy, his hand slowly reaching out as he caressed the baby's right cheek, stopping his cries, earning little noises of joy from him. He had now become a father to a son, a proud father who would do anything for his family. "He's got your eyes." the man chuckled upon taking a close look at his son's face.

"He has not even opened them and you already jumped into conclusions." his wife rolled her eyes playfully, jokingly hitting his shoulder while her husband only replied to her with a laughter. Soon, her mother excused herself with a bow and left the room for the two of them alone, no, three now including their son. "What are you going to name him?" she asked, looking at Sarom with curious eyes, anticipating for what her husband had to come.

The man thought for while, humming while still looking at the both of them all at once, scratching his chin gently. He then smiled and put his thumb on the baby's cheek, caressing it with the finger.
