After a while, the dragon above immediately flew down and landed on its feet, looking at the soldier with fiery eyes as it roared at him ferociously. Haegolbul truly had a distaste for human beings.

"That is not the proper way to greet our honorable guest, Haegolbul my darling." the rider spoke with a chuckle as he rubbed the dragon's neck. He then got off his dragon, walking terribly closer and closer to the soldier who widened his eyes upon realizing who the figure in front of him was.

"B-Balmong, leader of the Black Knights..." he trailed off as his lips trembled in fear, crawling away from Balmong, although deep inside him, he knew he wouldn't come out very lucky.

"You are a soldier. Strong men who fight for what they believe in, for the master they serve." Balmong breathed out, crouching down closer to the frightened man. "Tell me, young brave man, what makes you appear here all of a sudden?" he asked, looking at his surrounding which was filled with nothing but death.

"W-we have been searching for you for years." the soldier answered honestly. "I-I got lost from my team but then I stumbled upon this territory, and then I saw you." he stuttered, gripping onto his shirt as he prayed to God for his safety, no matter how impossible it may be. Balmong chuckled in disbelief and looked at the soldier while petting Haegolbul.

"Well then, exceptional task, soldier. You have found The Horn." he lifted his arms, gesturing to the army of attackers behind him who laughed in unison. "We were just going on a holiday to....what do we call it, my fellow men?" he turned to look at the others.

"Happiness Town." Maleom joked, earning laughs from the attackers. Sarom looked at his fellow Black Knight and sighed while shaking his head. "What?" he moved his chin up. Balmong chuckled seeing his two friends' behaviour and looked again at the soldier.

"You know my comrades. They're like little children sometimes, and it's what keeps us alive. Since I'll show you my generosity, go back home with your horse safely and get some rest." he assisted the man in standing up as he patted his shoulder, surprising the soldier. This was certainly very odd.

"Y-you're letting me alive?" he gasped in disbelief as he got on his horse, widening his eyes.

"Of course, besides, I know you'll return to your king with good news and not speak of us, am I right?" he tilted his head.

"Y-yes! T-thank you thank you so much!" the man bobbed his head and immediately rid his horse, leaving the place hurriedly. Balmong watched as the soldier disappeared from his sight, and soon after, Sarom walked up to him, confused by his previous action.

"I hope I know what you're up to." Sarom eyed him. Balmong chuckled amusingly, folding his arms.

"Of course you do. The soldier will certainly tell the king about us." he scoffed bitterly. He turned to his back, looking at the attackers and the two Black Knights. "We will follow that man until he reaches his precious kingdom. It may take a while, but when we get there, the price will be on the table." he sternly commanded. They all nodded at once. Balmong then chuckled and looked again at the trail they would soon take, excited by what's to come next. "Let us pay a visit to Gariya."
