EPILOGUE

"Hey, i heard nagresign ka and lilipat ka na in Perez Group of Companies?" Charlotte said when i was busy packing my things in this office.

"Yeah, they want me to be one of their engineers and i said yes, their company is good so it's fine"

"So? What if magkita kayo?" she asked.

"It's just a what if, Charlotte. And i heard she's out of the country right now" i answered.

"Oh, updated i see" she said as she smirked at me.

"Yeah, someone's updating me" i answered and now i'm the one who's smirking at her. Instantly her facial expression changed.

"And who's that someone?"

"Lucas" i said smirking at her.

"Fvck you, Cloud" she said as she walked out in my office. I just laughed at her reaction.

I was busy packing my things when suddenly my phone rang. Someone's calling. I didn't bother to check who's calling and just simply answered it.

"Yes? Engr. Martinez speaking" i answered.

"Masyado ka namang pormal dyan" oh, it's Lucas.

"What's up, bro?"

"Ano na? Akala ko ngayon ka na lilipat dito?" he said.

"I'm still packing up my things" i said as i continued packing my things.

"Pucha, bilisan mo naman pre. Pinapahiya mo ako kay Tito, nirequest  ko pa naman na ikaw kuhanin nila" he said.

"Yeah, I'll be there at 11am i guess."

"Sige, bilisan mo ah" he said before ending the call.

"Are you really leaving, Cloud?" my boss asked as he entered my office.

"Yeah, sorry about that. I just can't decline their offer" i said.

"It's just that you're a loss to us. You're one of the best engineers in this company. But if that's what you want, we'll understand you" he said before he leave my office.

10:40am when i decided to leave the company. I've been in this company for 3years, so it's hard for me to leave but i can't just decline their offer.

One thing is the reason, they are Perez. Sky's parents.

When i arrived at their company, Lucas was there, looking so excited coz' finally I'm gonna work here, with him. And i heard he's the Head of Engineering Department. So it means he'll be my boss.

"Pre! Welcome sa kompanya ng bebe mo!" he shouted.

"Fvck you" i said and started to get my things. He just laughed and help me to get my things.

"This will be your office, wag kang mag-alala malayo yung office natin sa bebe mo" he said, laughing.

"Puntahan mo muna yung soon to be DAD mo" he teased.

"Just fvck you, Lucas" i said, he just laughed at me.

"Goodmorning, Sir. Perez" i said as i entered his office. Office of Sky's Dad.

"Oh yeah, Engr. Martinez, right?" he said. I just nod before sitting in the chair infront of his table.

"So? First of all, i know you already know me because of Sky. And i know what happened. But i don't want you to feel uncomfortable with me and i don't want to meddle with your business as long as i know that you can handle it. So let's just act normal, is that okay with you?" he calmly said.
