Reginas pov:
It's been 2 days since Y/N was hit. It's a rainy Wednesday afternoon; almost evening. My dad convinced me to come home if we could come back tomorrow. Everything felt wrong. Like I was missing something. I knew what it was: Y/N... She's alive but hasn't shown much emotion once. Y/N's become more... distant. She doesn't speak to us but I can see why; she thinks Ira cheated on her... We've tried to explain multiple times that he didn't cheat and the reason, but she's so stubborn and turns her head the other way. Iras visited her everyday but left after an hour because she wouldn't even look at him. Johnny was probably the most worried about her and said that we should take her home. He seems suspicious... Anyway, we told her brother and her parents. They suggested that we give her a break since she keeps getting hurt. We had to explain the whole legendary warrior thing so they would understand. They were shocked but proud to see that me and Ira weren't causing chaos around town anymore. Y/N would often read and block out everyone else in the room. Tomorrow is Tuesday when we must go back to school. Mackenzies taken a break from her music, Maya, Clara and Natalie are trying their hardest to protect Y/N since this was all Rachel's plan. The pixies came back after Dina contacted them. P/N was worried that Y/N wouldn't speak to her/him either. My father has managed to make her say hi. I was shocked since none of us could get her to look at us for longer than a minute let alone say anything. It was getting late and Johnny said that he wanted to see Y/N. We sat quietly in the shop with confused looks on our faces waiting for an answer about this.
Me: "What?"
Johnny: "I think I should go see Y/N."
Clara: "But she's not speaking to anyone so what's the point?"
Natalie: "The most you could do is say hi and watch her read..."
Johnny: "You guys don't know Y/N like I do.. We have a connection."
You guys don't know Y/N like I do? We have a connection? What the heck was he saying?
Clara: "What do you mean by 'connection'?"
Mackenzie: "Well he did know her as a baby..."
Me: "HOW exactly do you and the princess know Y/N?"
Johnny: "I think it's better if Y/N told you herself... She may not know how yet but eventually she will open her doors to you guys again..."
I saw Ira look up for the first time since we got here. He had a glint of hope in his eye but it still looked dull. Not his normal shimmery eyes that he usually has. I remember when he was on that date with Y/N; I've never seen him so happy before... Y/N does truly bring out the best in him.
Johnny: "Well, I should get going then!"
Maya: "Bye..."
We continued to sit in silence when I noticed my spear. It had a weird glow.. Not it's usual golden glow, instead it was white.
Natalie: "W-why is it doing that...?"
Me: "I'm not sure; this hasn't happened before."
Suddenly the spear itself lifted upwards and at the top was a hologram? I think. Of Y/N...
Ira: "that's..."
Dina: "Y/N!"
Mackenzie: "But how?"
Maya: "Wait that's the hospital..."
Clara: "Is this showing us what's happening right now?"
Ira: "that's her brother next to her..."
In the hologram:
Austin: "So how are you feeling?"
Y/N: ".....better."
She speaks to him?
Austin: "We can go home today... mom and dad are waiting..."
Y/N: "....k."
Austin: "H-have you spoken to your friends...?"
She looked up at him with disgust in her face. She almost looked mad...
Y/N: "they're not my friends."
Austin: "B-but they care about you and want the best for you-"
Y/N: "IF THEY CARED FOR ME, IRA WOULDN'T HAVE CHEATED AND I WOULDN'T BE IN THIS HOSPITAL!"
Austin looked shocked and hurt. I didn't realise that she hated us so much...
Y/N: "regina was the one who called the ambulance, so she's okay in my books."
I looked over and saw Ira. He had small tears drop from his face.
Austin: "Maybe we should go-"
Johnny: "Hello Y/N!"
Y/N: "....."
Johnny: "I've come to give you this box... It's from your parents..."
Austin: "Mom and dad didn't get you a gift... Oh wait.."
Johnny: "She's from Splendorius remember...?"
Austin: "Yeah..."
Y/N: "what's in the box?"
Johnny: "Just a gift that your parents wanted to give you before you...left..."
Y/N: "oh. wow. thanks."
Johnny: "Well, I'm going to head off now...Goodbye!"
Austin: "Bye thanks for visiting!"
Y/N: "bye."
Austin: "Let's go home..."
They got up, went to reception to sign out and left the hospital.
Back to normal time
Clara: "Why?"
Natalie: "Why did the spear show us that?"
Ira: "I-I'm going home.."
Me: "Ira-"
He had already left crying. I felt terrible. The spear only made us feel even worse. Y/N kinda likes me? It made me feel a bit better knowing that she didn't completely hate me, but Ira... He was just getting his hopes up! Maybe Johnny knows something? It's never done that before.
Maya: "I think we should go after him."
Mackenzie: "Maybe you should just give him time to cool off and-"
Maya: "You expect to just LEAVE him like that?! What would we do if something happened to him?!"
Kippie: "He'll be fine..."
Dina: "Ira safe!"
P/N: "d-do you guys think Y/N hates me too?"
Clara: "Of course not...She's just confused and trying to figure out how she really feels..."
P/N: "maybe i should go to her house and see if she lets me in..."
Me: "If she doesn't you can come stay with me and Natalie..."
P/N: "Okay. Bye!"
All: "Byeee!"
P/N left and I felt like I should leave too. To find Ira.
Maya: "I still think we should-"
Me: "I'm going after Ira."
Natalie: "But, you guys-"
Me: "No. I'm not losing another friend."
Maya: "Come on Regina... And don't forget we have school tomorrow!"
All: "Okay.."
We left the shop and walked down to the pier. I know that this was the place that Y/N actually 'met' me and Ira for the first time. It must mean a lot to him.
Maya: "So, why do you think that Ira would be here?"
Me: "Remember the first day Y/N transformed?"
Maya: "Yeah.."
Me: "It was here..."
Maya: "Your right.. And look! There's Ira!"
No doubt it was Ira. We ran over to him and sat either side of him. He still had tears down his face...
Ira: "why did you come here..?"
Maya: "We thought that we could walk you home..."
Ira: "I-I can't..."
Me: "Why not Ira...?"
Ira: "I can't continue to live knowing that Y/N hates me..."
Maya: "Hey! Don't say that..."
Me: "She's still alive, your still alive. And it's going to stay that way. Tomorrow is a new day at school and I'm sure you can get a chance to talk to her... I know that she still loves you.."
Ira: "A-are you sure?"
Maya: "We're positive..."
We group hugged while Ira cried a bit more. It was a nice peaceful evening with the sunset. If only Y/N was here...
???: "MAYA?!"
Maya: "Oh mom! Hi!"
Mrs Aida: "Where have you been?!"
Maya: "Sorry, I was just with my friends..."
Mrs Aida: "That's fine dear, just call me next time. Come on get in the car.."
Maya: "Okay!"
Maya skipped off towards her mothers car.
Mrs Aida: "Thank you for looking after Maya, she can be a bit of a handful.."
Me: "It's no problem really..."
Mrs Aida: "Okay thanks... But would you too like a ride home?"
Ira: "Oh we can walk..."
Mrs Aida: "Okay! Get home safely you too!"
Mrs Aida then went to her car and rode off towards their house.
Me: "Come on Ira, lets go home..."
