21. Day 8

Kurapika POV:

Me and Leorio got barely any sleep last night... We slept so much yesterday...

Throughout the night and early hours of the day we did loads of things; he taught me how to shuffle cards and I taught him how to braid hair. We made smoothies, played board games, cuddled on the sofa and kissed...

A lot.

It was 5:30 and I was washing my hands in the bathroom.

Hm? What's that?

I reached for the box and scanned the writing.

"Body and legs wax strips?"

I never brought this, why does he have it?

I open the bathroom door, holding the box up.

"Leorio why do you have this?"

He looked at the box. "What is it?" He asked.

"Wax strips." I answered, walking towards him

His face lit up, remembering the origins on the box.

"Do you remember the ex I told you about who broke up with me because of my chest hair?"

I nodded.

"Yeah. She brought them." He said as he snatched the box out of my hands. "Damn I wonder if they're still in date."

"Do wax strips even go out of date?" I laughed.

He examined the remainder of the box. "Apparently not... Can we use them?" He asked mischievously.

"No. I was going to throw them away. Just get rid of them." I stated.

"Nooo, don't get rid of them!" He held the box to his chest, cradling it while pulling a sad puppy face. "I wanna use them!"

He's acting so weird... That's adorable...

"Alright. You do you." I giggled and joined him on the sofa.

We sat how we usually did: my leg was resting on top of his.

The other day I accidentally sat on his leg and now he won't let me sit down normally...

I was watching TV while Leorio had his full attention on the wax strips.

I started to hear an aggressive rubbing sound and glanced over to Leorio.

"What are you-"

*SLAP*

I felt a warm patch on my leg and looked down.

"Leorio!" I yelled. "Why did you put that on me!"

That was a bit loud... I hope we don't wake the neighbors up...

He responded through an evil laugh. "There's only one way to take it off~"

He's so dead.

He began to slowly pull the strip off, taking a few of my legs hairs off in the process.

"Leorio, go faster!" I argued.

"OW!" I yelped, trying to be quiet. The wax strip was completely off my leg, causing my eyes to water and my body to curl against Leorio.

"Ow..." I whined into his chest.

Once the burning stopped, I gently rubbed my leg while Leorio just laughed at me.

"It's not funny!" I spat, at the same time, I faintly punched his arm.

"It IS funny!" He cried, wiping a fear from his eye.
