"Seriously C, are we 14 again?" EJ whines, as he takes a seat. For whatever reason, we've decided to sit in a circle formation on the ground with our drinks, some snacks and our phones placed in the middle. I'm sitting between EJ and Kourt. Next to Kourt, is G then Seb followed by C, Ricky, Red, Ash then back to EJ.
"Oh hush. It's been too long since we were all together. What better way to get to know each other again then with alcohol and personal questions?" He says merrily, and we all laugh at his brute honesty.
"Okay, we've all played this before but just a reminder, if the statement applies to you take a drink. You three can put like $2 in each time since you're not drinking. Cool?" C asks Seb, Kourt and Ricky who just shrug in agreement.
"But I don't have any coins on me?" Seb asks,
"Just keep note of what you owe then, it's not the point anyways. Fantastic, whoever is the drunkest or loses the most money is the loser. But honestly guys, it's more about bonding as a group again! Okay! Ash, you can start, then we'll just go clockwise." C says and we all murmur a little, unsure about how this is going to turn out, but still bring our attention to the gorgeous Ashlyn.
"Oh! Okay, uh, shoot. Um, wait do I say something I've done as well?"
"No cuz, the point is to be the most sober at the end of this." EJ replies rolling his eyes. I nudge him to let him know he was being a little bit of a dick, and pretend I don't notice Ricky looking at us in confusion.
"Ah okay! Well, let's start nice and easy then. Never have I ever been pulled over?"
Gina, Red and I all take a drink, while Seb grumbles and throws a coin in the middle. I can't help but laugh at his reaction. He's consistently denied that he didn't hit the stop sign, but that the sign actually hit him.
"That was boring Ash. Alright, never have I ever kissed someone in this room? Hey, looks like I'm drinking." EJ says, then takes a big swig of his drink. We all drink, or throw some money, but Gina and Kourt. Yes, despite the many rumours, G and EJ have remained very much platonic friends. And Kourt has always wanted to wait for college to experience life. Not that she hasn't been kissed, she has, but she says college grants a lot more freedom.
Everyone else who took a drink is fairly self explanatory. Though, I feel my cheeks start to warm a little knowing I've kissed both Ricky and EJ. And EJ more recently than Ricky..
Geez girl.
"Your turn Nins," EJ whispers to me.
"Oh right um" I look up at see Ricky staring at me, a small smile on his face when I catch him. What the heck. Absolutely not.
"Never have I ever been in love," I blurt out. Love? Seriously Nini, this is meant to be a juicy question, not a fucking emotional one. The room goes a little tense with my question, woo way to make things awkward.
"Oh haha, I need to drink." I laugh quietly out as I take a big drink, letting the alcohol calm my nerves. Love shmove. Loosen up Nini. Red and Ash drink, and then smiley sweetly at each other, while Seb and C wink and do their forfeits. Ricky quickly glances at me before reaching into his pockets and throwing some money in. 
"Ha, sure." I scoff out loud, automatically cringing internally for letting my bitterness out.
"Oh come on Nini, you know I did." Ricky argues,
"Not now guys, please?" Ash says before I get the chance to say something back and we both go silent. Still can't help but roll my eyes at him tho.
"Chill girl." Kourt whispers at me.
Ricky and I stare at each other for what feels like years, only dropping my gaze to take another swig.
Oh, didn't expect that to hurt my heart as much as it did. Well it can't be me he loved anyway. He fucked someone else when he was with me haha. You don't fuck someone else when you're in love lol. Don't rip someone's fucking heart out for a quick time with a stranger when your fucking girlfriend is in the same house as you!!! Must be Maggie, or whoever else. Fuck him, fuck this. I can feel myself getting worked up, my nails digging into the palm of my hands and I'm biting my bottom lip. I need to calm down. I take another drink, starting to feel the alcohol ease my nerves and bitter feelings.
EJ didn't drink and it's kind of refreshing. It's different now from the outside looking in on our brief high school romance. We both recognised it wasn't love love, but more of an admiration and respect kind of thing. As well as attraction, that yes, still lingers. I mean, he's really freaking hot. And don't get me started on Ricky.. I don't know. I'm drunk. My emotions are everywhere. Turning my attention back to the game, we carry on after that awkward scene that was just entailed.
The statements go around the circle, and the more we drink, the riskier the statements get.

"When the time is right, I'm in no rush." G shrugs, and I can't help but smile at what she said.
"Y'all know I'm waiting to find the one, doesn't meant I can't find other ways to have fun." Kourt tells us with a wink and grin. I love my best friend!
Smoked weed (EJ, Carlos, Kourt, G, Ash, Red, Ricky)
"I don't care, I probably would just to try. I just haven't yet?" I tell them.

"And then Carlos fell straight into the pond!" Ricky shouts, and we all laugh hysterically remembering the first time we all went to Sebs together.

Is it awkward that the gorgeous, curly haired guy I did it with is sitting a few meters away? He catches my attention and winks, causing me to blush and hide my head. Dick head.

"No honey, this isn't about you kissing a girl. No, it's that you and Nini made out and kept it a secret!" C exclaims. G and I look at each other and giggle before explaining,
"I was curious, G is a gorgeous girl whom I love and trust. I wanted to see if I would feel anything," I shrug back,
"She didn't, but it was fun." G adds on. "Very." I agree with a wink.
"Next time, video it." EJ jokes around which incites a groan from everyone,
"Don't be a creep, asshole." Ash says to her cousin, as I nudge his shoulder playfully,
"I was kidding!!" He argues with a grin, rubbing his arm dramatically.
I look over to Ricky who's laughing with his beautiful smile and feel something tingle. Contain yourself girl, jeez.

"No, I don't mean like you and Ricky. I meant like a one-off!" Red says to me as he noticed me taking a drink.
"No, yeah. I know what you mean." I say back to him with an awkward smile and finish off my cup.
"Wait, what? Who?" Kourt asks me,
"You've only had like two relationships? Oh, hold on." Ash lets out with a slight shocked face,
"Wait, no way!" Carlos yells,
"Shut up, shut up." I groan, hiding my head in my hands, and EJ breaths a laugh out.
