Levi X Reader 2

Ch. 11: Choices

You woke up to the birds chirping outisde the cabin window. Slowly opening your eyes and rubbing your sleepy face with the palms of your hand. You could see that Levi got out of bed before you.

You placed the palm of your hand onto the empty spot next to you. He had not left the bed for too long, since it was still a bit warm under the touch.

"The bath is ready." you heard his voice atop of you, and without waiting for your reply, he scooped you up into his arms, carrying you toward the bathroom.

You gasped and pressed yourself against his warm body, feeling the rush of cool air shiver down your naked body, after abruptly being brought out of the comfort of the bed. He looked down at you with a slight smile, as he carried you into the bathroom. You glanced around, to see the bathtub filled up with water, the steam rising from the surface as it was heated by the fire below.

Levi placed  you gingerly into the tub. You relaxed into the warm water as it made contact with your bare skin. Levi dipped his fingers into the water to test the temperature. Making sure that its not too hot for you.

Levi was wearing a white dress shirt with light brown pants.You washed up as he stayed in the bathroom with you. Where he had taken a small stool,  sat by the tub, with his arms crossed over the rim of the tub, an arm outstretched , fingers swishing around in the water as he immersed himself in staying with you.

After you finished bathing yourself, you took Levi's outstretched hand.
He looked at you then at your hand holding his. With a slight smile, Levi pulled you toward him. Your noses brushed against each other, your bodies separated by the wall of the tub, as Levi cupped his hands on your wet cheeks and kissed you lovingly.

You withdrew from the kiss, while wrapping your arms around his neck. The water dripping from your arms drenched his shirt, which he didn't mind, and brushed his fingers gingerly against the skin on your forearm.

'Heating up the bath for you, is the best I could do right now.' Levi said.

You kissed him on his cheek as a sign of thanks. As the both of you stood up, he held your hand as you stepped out of the tub. While grabbing a large towel hanging on a hook on the wall, handing it to you. You grabbed it into your hands and wrapped it around your body.

"I'm going to brew some tea. Do you want some?" he asked before stepping out of the bathroom door.

"Yes, please." you replied, grabbing a small towel from the towel rack to dry your hair.

After changing into your uniform, and groomed your hair, you stepped out of the bathroom. Immediately, greeted by Levi's hand holding a cup of warm tea toward you. You smiled as the aroma filled your nostrils, grabbing the cup with both hands, you blew off the steam before drinking it.

Soon after, you could hear the morning bell ring through out the camp, echoing through the vast mountainous area surrounding it. Quickly, washing the cups, you rush to the front door. As you were about to open the door, you felt Levi's hand clasp under your chin, pulling your face towards him.

Levi kissed away the droplet of tea that hung on your upper lip, "Work hard. See you tonight." he said, before turning the door knob with your hand still on it and stepped out into the snow.

You stood there by the opened doorway,  your hand still holding the doorknob.
You smiled to yourself as you thought, one month and a little more than three weeks of living with Levi. What would it be like in the future?

You ran to the dining hall all too happily for breakfast.

In the dining hall, Connie glanced at Sasha from aross the table. Sasha on the other hand, kept stuffing her face with a loaf of bread in hand, as if answering Connie telepathically, she shook her head like " I know nothing of this girl smiling to herself, sitting next to me."
