Chapter 25

MC's POV

Everyone's quiet.

No one was moving an inch, I cooked breakfast for them pero ito ang unang beses na hindi nila naubos ang niluto ko so I heated it up and gave some to my friends, I told them na naparami ata ang luto ko kaya hindi naubos ng Twilight and thankfully they gladly accepted and ate it.

Hindi ko na rin muna ginulo ang Twilight, I know how it feels dahil maski ako na hindi naman kasali sa grupo nila ay nabigla rin sa nalaman naming lahat. Who would expect to have a score like that e?

They placed last, ni sobrang linaw dahil ang sumunod na mataas saamin ay 95, at kami ay 90, sobrang layo ng difference parang hindi kapani-paniwala but what can we do? It's the judge's decision now and there's nothing to do anymore but to accept it.

Kaya nandito muna ako sa dorm nina Nice at Snow which was my dorm rin naman, nandito lang kami sa may kama at nakidayo na rin sina Celine at Amara at kumakain sila ng chips.

"Girl, kanina ka pa tahimik. May problema ba?" she asked.

Napailing naman ako sakanila at saka ko sila binigyan ng kaunting ngiti. "Wala naman, stress lang siguro ako, ang daming ginagawa e." I told them and they just nodded. Probably respecting my privacy also.

Siguro ay na feel na rin nila na ayoko munang pag-usapan since Twilight didn't give me their full approval na ipag sabi sa iba ang nangyaring resulta.

Everybody knows that they are doing a great job, which they truly are, but then it felt like it wasn't really enough.

Habang pinapanood ko naman sila na mag practice ay ayos naman lahat, I really thought they are already doing their greatest job and they will win right away. But I guess life is not that easy huh, even for them.

Napabuntong hininga naman ako at saka sumandal sa balikat ni Snow, she tapped my shoulders as if she's giving me the comfort I want right now.

I'm sad. Even though hindi naman ako ang nag perform masakit pa rin sa part ko. They practiced really hard.

Habang nasa ganoong posisyon ay tumunog ang cellphone ko, kaagad ko itong tinignan and the school admin just sent me the final date of the competition. They gave the contestants enough time so imbis na one month nalang ay nadagdagan pa ito ng dalawang buwan, so technically we have three months before the competition.

They are really making this competition hot.

"May problema ba sa Twilight?" Amara asked.

Napangiti naman ako at napailing na naman. "Wala naman, ayaw rin nila pasabi e, sorry girls." I said with full honesty. Alam ko naman kasi na kahit anong gawin kong pag sisinungaling ay ramdam at alam pa rin naman nila na may problema talaga.

Napatango naman silang lahat and Celine smiled at me. "No worries, we might not know it but we can feel it has something to do with their up coming contest." she said at napaharap naman ako

"You knew Twilight that well?"

They all laughed before nodding their heads. "Pretty much. Sa tagal ba naman namin naging fan girl nila imposibleng may mga bagay pa kaming hindi alam sakanila, they were this cool kids on the block, but then, isa lang naman ang rason kung bakit ginusto rin nila dito."

Napakunot ang noo ko. May iba pa bang rason kung bakit nila ginusto na dito mag-aral? I thought this school is literally for them? I mean, this school is for those who have the privilege.
