Devin- karla come on it's getting latee
i said and then she came out with her blue dress.
karla- mom calm down it's only 6
Devin- i know buh remember you plan, and don't forget your karla "sanders"
Karla- is dad dropping me off
i said as she fixed her ear rings
Mariano- yea im dropping you off, now lets go
he said. karla knows about the mafia, our enemies and doesn't know that were not her parents.

Karla's pov
Once my dad dropped me off , i out in my ear piece and walked into the venue.
Mariano- look for mateo polibio and get as much information about the future missions
he said through the ear piece
Karla- k
i said as the lights were flashing and the music was loud. i was looking at everyone and started walking to the food table when someone started talking on the mic.

Mateo's  pov
After the speach, me brandon and samuel got "crown" or sum shit like that. We took pictures and greeted the family.
Brandon- shii, were finally mafia leaderss
he said as i ran my fingers through my hair and found a girl at the punch table
Mateo- i'll be right back
i said. i walked over to the girl and grabbed a cup.
Mateo- ive never seen you before
i said glacing her a look.
Karla- the names karla
she said. could it be? I thought
Karla- karla sanders
she smiled, i gave her a weak smile and took a sip from my drink
Mateo- im mateo, mateo polibio
i said and she shook my hand
Karla- so you took your father's place huh
Mattia- mhm. are your parents here
Karla- uh yeaa
Mateo- let's go meet them
i said. And her eyes widen
Karla- i just met you
she chuckled.
Mom(y/n)- mateo their you are. who's this pretty lady
she said grabbing into my arm
Mateo- her names karla sanders
Mom- oh, nice to meet you karla
Karla- my pleasure ms. Polibio
she smiled

y/n's pov
I've seen those eyes before, and it brought the memories of karla.
Mattia- it was nice talking buh we needa finish greeting the guests.
Mateo- that's fine dad
Mattia- bye karla
he said and karla waved. I just smiled and walked with mattia.
Y/n- she looks familiar
Mattia- she seemed kinda sus
he said as we walked to small garden in the back of the venue
Y/n- what if tha-
Mattia- babe, we've talked about this several times-
he said then stopped as people walked by

he said trying to not raise his voice

i yelled. people looked and i just kept looking at him

I said and more people walked past. I put my hands on my head and before he said anything, i walked inside. i got to the table where katie and Alondra were, when then mattia came up to me.
Mattia- im sorry okay, i love you
he whispered into my ear. I rubbed his cheek and he left to the boys. I sat down and sighed

Mateo- cmon dont leave
i said laughing
Karla- it was nice talking to you, buh i need to get going, bye
she said walking off into the crowd
Mateo- wait-
i said putting my drink down and going into the crowd.
Mateo- sorry- excuse me- uh sor-
i said till i got out the crowd and she was not. I caught myself smiling just thinking about her. I  put my hand on my hair and walked back inside to brandon and samuel.
