Terushima's POV:

He was seriously cute and innocent looking...it made me curious to find out if that innocence only applied to his looks. "Bro stop staring, look at his neck" one of my friends laughed and slapped the back of my head so I would snap out of it. "Sorry to burst your bubble but apparently he's taken". It was funny how they thought that the fact that number 2 may have a partner would stop me from making a move. What's the fun if it's easy to get the cute guy or girl. "Since when has that stopped me from doing some innocent flirting?" No one argued against what I said.

I was smirking at this point. It's like a game, there's always some obstacles along the way and the first one was clear to me right away. Karasuno's captain. It was annoying, the way they both looked at each other when they'd think no one was looking. There was clear tension right there and I was so so tempted to break it. So so tempted. I just wanted to have some fun and who knew, maybe cutie over there had a thing for captains.

No one's POV:

Once Johzenji team got to the front of the training room, they lined up in front of Karasuno. They all greeted each other in a pretty competitive and teasing way. Johzenji didn't take things serious though compared to other teams like Seijoh, they were known for their 'It's a game and the top priority is to have fun and to mess around' attitude. While both teams were declaring war to each other as well as having various conversations and making some friends the captains from both teams were a few feet away talking.

Daichi was always confident and polite when it came to talking to other captains. "Let's have a good match" he reached out to shake Terushima's hand and the captain shook it pretty hard. Daichi found Terushima's smile quite unsettling, at simple view it seemed genuine and nice but if you really looked into his eyes it felt like he was planning something. He could tell he was pretty mischievous.

After shaking hands Terushima crossed his arms and looked at Daichi. "So...captain what's going on between you and number 2?". That question took Daichi by surprise and a slight blush appeared on his cheeks. "What? Suga? Uh...oh! Nothing h-he's my friend" he tried not to lose composure, he cleared his throaty. Terushima was laughing now which was confusing to Daichi. What's so funny? Was I obvious?

"Oh great! I'm guessing I can ask him out then". Terushima's speaking was smooth and casual, like as if it was nothing to ask someone out. As if it were as easy as breathing for him. "Woah wait wait what?" Daichi's eyes widened, he didn't really care at this point if he was being too obvious of his feelings. There was no way he'd want Suga to date that clown, he deserved better. "Oh?" Terushima's eyes changed into something dark but he kept smiling, he was ready to take on the challenge that was about to come. "Is there something wrong with me wanting to do that?" Daichi looked down and frowned.

"Ooooooh, now I get it! You're responsible for the hickeys on his neck! That's hilarious!" Daichi wasn't sure why it was funny but he decided to stand his ground. He stood up straight and looked at Terushima with confidence. He had a protective nature when it came to Suga but it never came as noticeable as this. He had no idea what to say though, which was no problem because Terushima had much more to say.

"I have a deal for you" he got closer to Daichi. "If my team wins, I'll ask him out on a date- well...not really a date I'll probably just sleep with him and move on to the next but you get the idea." Now that made Daichi's blood boil, he didn't want to lose composure so he took a deep breath. As much as he wanted to punch him on the face and tell him to fuck off, he knew he was better than that and instead decided he didn't want to look like he felt threatened so he went on with his little game. "If Karasuno wins, you won't lay a single finger on him". Terushima looked into Daichi's eyes intensely, a smirk tugging at his lips. "Deal".

Both captains turned to look at Suga who was talking to hinata and Kageyama. He was smiling and being all mother like, encouraging them to do their best. Daichi thought he looked beautiful and overall soft. Terushima had other things in his mind though. He was never afraid to speak his mind so he spoke.
"He seems like the delicate type, I could have some fun with that..." to his surprise, Daichi answered. "You don't know him, he's also really strong and could shut you up in 2 seconds" he had his arms crossed and Terushima was surprised to see him smiling fondly while looking at his vice captain. "Oooh so a bratty sub? Hot...I'm into that, damn he's quite something". It was obvious that Daichi was mad at this point, no longer looking at Suga but at Terushima with a serious expression. " Listen you idiot" Daichi took ahold of his shirt and pulled him close. "He's not some sort of a toy for you to fuck and play with. I swear to to god if you objectify him one more time you'll regret-"

Before Daichi could finish, Suga was approaching so he stopped pulling at Terushima's shirt. The most annoying thing for him was that the other captain never flinched, he had stayed with his shit eating grin the whole time. Daichi was starting to get worried, there were no signs for Terushima to hold back. He also knew that if Johzenji were to win the match he'd have no mercy to use Suga as he pleased and hurt him. As much as he knew Suga was smart and could stand for himself, Terushima was pretty manipulative and it worried him he'd do something to Suga.

Karasuno without a doubt needed to win this one.
