Chapter 31: Hinata Boke

Nishinoya's POV:

{Tanaka has sent you a message}

Tanaka👊🏼: BRO
You⚡️: YES BRO?
Tanaka👊🏼: You HAVE to tell him tonight dude
You⚡️: It's not easy!!
Tanaka👊🏼: Just tell him how you feel and that's it bro
You⚡️: OKAY OKAY
Tanaka👊🏼: yEs
You⚡️: I can do this
Tanaka👊🏼: See ya tonight✌🏻

8:15 pm
Suga's POV:

It was now time to start playing the games. Everyone had arrived and we were sitting in Yamaguchi's living room. Daichi and I were sitting together and he had his arm around me. It felt so nice to be an official couple now, we could be as cheesy as we wanted in front of anyone since it wasn't a secret anymore. I knew I'd be enjoying the night with him.

However, this didn't mean I didn't have things to worry about. I had to make sure Asahi had the opportunity to be alone with Nishinoya and also for those moments to be romantic. Apart from that I also wanted to find out what was going on with Yamaguchi and Tsukishima.

I know it's not exactly my business but they are my friends and I wanted to make sure they were okay. Yamaguchi didn't seem like he was feeling good, he looked sad and Tsukishima was being bitchier than ever. After lightly analyzing them for a few weeks, I ended up with a conclusion that might be the reason for them acting the way they are.

I'm not a stalker okay? I've just always been curious about their relationship. Tsukishima is not exactly an easy person to be around with and Yamaguchi doesn't exactly have the self-esteem to be surrounding himself with someone like him. That said, they're always and I mean ALWAYS together.

I feel like I may know what's going on and I knew that if my speculations were right, I was going to have to have a very serious conversation with Tsukishima.

I thought it was a good idea to start the night with a game of seven minutes in heaven. Asahi had made it very clear that he didn't want to be involved in this game because it made him way too nervous but I did want to include it so that Tsukishima and Yamaguchi had time to be alone.

I thought that maybe the fact that they'd be in a dark small closet would make them realize how they feel about the other and that would mean I wouldn't need to talk to Tsukishima later on. My logic may had been a little weird but I was praying that it would be effective.

You may be thinking: 'How do you know for sure that Tsukishima and Yamaguchi will end up being paired to be together in the game' Well, child I made up a plan with Daichi, and Hinata and Kageyama wanted to help. They were now involved in our plan because Hinata overheard us talking and he pulled Kageyama into it. Anyways, it was perfect because they were going to make it easier for us.

We had decided that the people that had to go into the closet had to be chosen by taking out their names in pieces of paper from a bowl. Hinata wanted to be the one with this job because he thought it was the coolest. He had to make sure to have Yamaguchi's paper hidden in his hand so that when he pulled out Tsukishima's name he'd have Yamaguchi's in his hand ready.

I couldn't wait to start and see how it would turn out. My plan was perfect.

No one's POV:

Suga stood up from his seat next to Daichi and got everyone's attention. "I think we should start with seven minutes in heaven" Everyone's eyes widened. Tanaka was the most shocked. "What?! Seven minutes in heaven?! Isn't that a little-"

"Nope," Suga interrupted Tanaka. "we are playing that game." Tanaka and Nishinoya looked at each other with narrowed eyes and then at the rest of the guys. "It's gonna be awkward"

Suga nodded and crossed his arms. "That's part of the fun." Everyone in the room started to have their own little private conversations, probably about the game and what they think was going to happen.

Kageyama was rubbing the back of his neck in confusion. "How do you win this game?"

Hinata started to laugh uncontrollably and he placed his hand on his best friend's shoulder. "Kageyama...smartness is something you don't have"

The black-haired boy gave one of his death glares at his short friend. "BOKE YOU OUT OF ALL PEOPLE CANT SAY THAT"

Tsukishima looked so done already, he was standing by the living room, the only one standing. This is a childish game.

Suga waited for the talking to subside before he could talk again. "For any of you who don't remember the game, basically you'll be in a closet alone with someone for seven minutes and it's for you to decide what you want to do in that time. Easy. Any questions?" Yamaguchi held his hand up "Yams!"

"How are we going to pick who goes into the closet?" The freckled boy looked anxious already.
Suga's smile widened "I'm glad you asked! Daichi? Mind answering that?" Suga sat back down, holding his boyfriend's hand again.

Daichi kissed Koushi's forehead lightly making him blush and then he looked at the rest of the team. "Well, Hinata will be taking out two papers randomly out of a bowl with our names in them and the ones that he takes out will go inside the closet. It's simple"

Anticipation started to build in the room and it was now time to start.

Suga's POV:

We were all sitting on the floor of Yamaguchi's living room in a circle. Hinata was holding the names and he was about to take out the first paper. "Stingyshima is up first!"

My eyes widened. I didn't think things would go on so quickly. Tsukishima had a bored expression on his face and I was just waiting for Hinata to pull the trick and take out Yamaguchi's paper.

"UP NEXT IS-"

Hinata made a face I would never forget.

His eyes widened and he looked mortified. When I looked into the bowl, I realized he had dropped the paper that he was holding. The one that said 'Yamaguchi'.

Come on Hinata it's the one in the left, on the side.

I felt my heart stop beating for a second when he took the paper that was beside the one he dropped.

Everyone was looking at Hinata expectantly.

Nishinoya was getting really impatient. "SHOYOO HURRY"

"R-right!" Hinata laughed nervously and he finally opened the paper he took out.

"U-Uh first stop is Tsukishima a-and uh Suga San..."
