1/16/15:
i don't understand why we cry.
does the expelling of tears create an expelling of emotions?
is it because we are so overwhelmed with feelings that we need to find a way to get rid of everything?
if so, why do some people cry while watching movies or reading books?
why do we get sudden urges to cry even though nothing happened?
crying of joy is also weird.
is it because you're so overwhelmed with happy feelings that you need to get rid of some feelings?
why can't men cry? they have the same right to expel emotions as women.
if you break up with a guy, you're not gonna force him to keep all of this terrifying emotions within himself, are you?
is it "unmanly" to be able to say
"i need help"?
that's not right.
sure it's easier when is girls cry because we're seen as "weak" and "emotional" but,
letting out your feelings doesn't mean you're weak.
it is okay to cry.
actually if anything, you need to talk about your feelings if they're bothering you.
which might be the reason why i made this book. again, ily guys for listening.
