Chapter 15 Your How Old?

I quickly made my way towards the pack hospital I wanted to be near Xavier and share the news that my brother was going to stay at Silver Moon. As I entered his room, he was awake and eating a late lunch. "I'm glad your awake how are you feeling?" I asked as I sat down in the chair next to him.

"Better now that you are near me again, and Zeus is relaxing he was panicked when he couldn't sense your wolf near us when we were asleep," said Xavier as he studied my face and glanced down at the mark on my forearm.

"How long was I out for again?" He stated as he took in my warrior's mark.

"Most of the day, Alpha Kade and the elders considered my actions this morning as passing my warriors test thus the mark," I said bashfully.

"I am proud of you Aurora, and congratulations on becoming a warrior," he smiled at me before digging into his food.

"Something else happened that you should know as well," I said getting nervous. He took in my nervous tone and waited patiently for me to explain.

"My brother Heath as been accepted in Silver Moon Pack now that he is no longer in contract to the dark hunter," I growled lowly knowing my eyes were glowing green.

"How?" said a surprised Xavier.

"Aspen and I were able to tap into my elemental power to heal and sever the connection to the hunter controlling him. He is also blessed by the moon goddess as my guardian and was marked accordingly when I healed him," I patiently explained letting out a yawn.

"That is incredible," said an awestruck Xavier as he pushed his now empty plate to the side. He reached for me and I stood up and he embraced me in his arms.

"I thought I was going to lose you today when I felt that you were injured," I told him softly as I snuggled into his chest.

"It will take more than a dark hunter to tear me away from you Aurora," he said as he held me a little tighter taking in my scent. "I have been around for a very long time and now I am mated to an elemental wolf. It is said that those who mate with an elemental will be unstoppable but those that mate with pure alpha blood line will be immortal and rise as King and Queen." Explained Xavier as he looked into my eyes waiting for me to respond.

"That's incredible now I am eager to go home to Black Crescent so I can learn more about it's members and learn more about this prophecy," I said as took in everything he just said. He smirked as he gently kissed my cheek.

"Ah, I see my patient is awake and has eaten a meal," said doctor Asher. I immediately moved away from Xavier and to the side so he could examine my mate.

"Thank you, doctor Asher for treating my wounds but I would like to be released so I can make some calls to my pack," said Xavier as he let the doctor check his now fully healed wounds.

"Yes, you are released from here into your mates care now you should regain your full strength soon enough," said Doctor Asher as he handed a bag with clothes for Xavier before leaving the room.

I watched as he quickly pulled on the shorts, shirt and shoes before he joined me. He reached out and pulled me to him before kissing me passionately. As he pulled back and looked, into my eyes I could see his love and care for me in them.

"I love you Aurora with all my heart and soul," he said lovingly.

"I love you too Xavier," and I felt Aspen purr at his words.

As we walked hand in hand back to the packhouse I remembered what I was going to ask him before doctor Asher walked in.

"So how old are you anyways," I asked him.
