"What the hell?" Jake's eyes widened when the elevator doors opened.

"Looks like someone found religion," Terry's brows furrowed.

"Looks like someone found all the religions," Natasha scoffed.

Rich Dotcom sauntered into the 99's bullpen with a peaceful smile. "Children... let us pray,"

"You have got to be kidding me," Jay rolled his eyes.

It seems Rich Dotcom had found the fear of God while he was in prison. He was decked out in religious clothing from the Buddhist robe to a Kippah, not to mention holding as many Holy books as he could carry.

"This is one of the most dangerous people in the world?" Rosa raised a brow in disbelief.

"The dumbest genius in the world," Natasha nodded.

ONE WEEK EARLIER

"All right, listen up," Jake called as he walked into the bullpen, "What you're about to see is highly disturbing, but please, no comments. This man is in pain, so above all else, be kind."

With that, he made his way to Natasha's desk to steal her coffee, which was actually his. She'd started getting two cups of coffee after noticing her threats didn't stop him from stealing her's.

He smiled as he grabbed the cup she held out to him just as Charles walked into the bullpen. Decked out in a near-exact replica of Keanu Reeves' outfit in The Matrix.

Natasha wouldn't have tried to keep herself from laughing if this was anyone but Charles. So, she pretended to take a long sip of her coffee to hide her smile.

"Good morning, Boyle," Terry was the only one who managed to say anything, the rest too shocked at his outfit.

"Let's just get it out there. Vivian broke up with me last night," Charles droned, his voice uncharacteristically monotone, "The wedding's off, and this is what I'm like now. Life is a pit."

"Excuse me?" Gina, never one to shy away from an opportunity to laugh at the expense of others, called "I don't understand. Did you already have a matrix getup at home for some reason?"

"No, Gina, I bought this with the money I was going to spend on our honeymoon to Cape Canaveral."

"I'm so sorry, buddy," Jake smiled sympathetically at his best friend.

"Don't be, I'm settling into the darkness nicely," He took off his sunglasses and turned to Rosa and Natasha, "I definitely get you now."

Natasha and Rosa shared a look before they silently decided to just let Charles have this.
