31. Labor/ Delivery- Donghyuck 💚

I'm exactly 38 weeks pregnant now. We don't know when our baby girl will be here but we know she'll be here soon. In the next couple of weeks or even before that. Donghyuck and I cannot wait to be parents to our baby girl Miyoung. Eunsang can't wait to be a big brother. For the last couple of weeks I've been feeling really exhausted. Maybe that's a sign the baby is coming soon. I don't know but we just can't wait till our baby girl is here safe and sound. We've just had dinner. We got a takeaway as Donghyuck was home later and I'm not really supposed to be doing too much. Donghyuck tells me not to do too much when he's away. If Eunsang was old enough, he'd tell him to keep his eye on me. We are sitting on the couch now spending some family time together like we love to do. I love family time with my favourite boys in the world. Donghyuck has his arms around me and I'm resting my head on his shoulder. I love doing that. I feel so relaxed and content while I'm next to him. Eunsang is sat on his lap and he's giggling and being smiley like he usually is. "Hyuck" I yawn. "Yes, sweetie. What is it?" he replies. "I love you" I say. "I love you too" he said. "You're so beautiful, baby. You're gonna be an amazing mom. Well you already are" Donghyuck said. "Yes I am to this adorable little boy here" I smile. Soon Donghyuck gets Eunsang ready for bed as it's his bedtime. It's his bath time too. I get up and walk around the lounge and kitchen as he's getting Eunsang ready for bed. I start to feel a little funny. I take it easy and walk around as exercise is good. Good for me. Good for the baby. Soon Donghyuck comes back and wonders what I'm doing. "Are you okay, honey? What are you doing? You need to rest" he said. "I don't feel okay, Hyuck" I reply. I hold onto him and he keeps me calm. A second later my waters break all over the kitchen floor. "Uh oh" I say. "It's okay, Y/ N. Sit down. I'll wipe if you" he said. Contractions started just after that. We both knew not to go to the hospital straight away. We needed to time the contractions before going to the hospital

Donghyuck's parents arrived at our place to watch Eunsang for the night while we were at the hospital. We had to give them time to get ready and arrive. I was having regular contractions by then. So I'm officially in labor. Our baby girl is coming soon and we can't wait to meet her. We are now at the hospital. The midwives have just examined me and I'm just over halfway dilated now which is good. Don't know how long it will be. Could be quick or a long time. This is my first baby and Donghyuck's second. I start to worry and panic a little and get upset. Blame it on the hormones. Donghyuck had to calm me down and hold my hand. "Hyuckie, I can't do this. I just can't" I say. "Sweetie, there is no such word as can't. Y/ N, you can do this and you will give birth to our beautiful baby girl without any pain relief or anything. You got this, baby. I'm right here" he said. "Yeah sorry, Hyuck. I've never done this before so I'm just a little scared" I reply. "No need to be scared. I'm right here to hold your hand and cheer you on throughout" Donghyuck said. He puts his arms around me and holds me and calms me down for a few minutes. A little later the midwife comes back in to check on me again. I only dilated by one more centimetre. Not enough yet unfortunately. Still a way to go. Donghyuck stayed with me the whole time and we talked about good things. Mainly enough having our baby girl and being a family of four very soon. "She'll be here anytime will Miyoung. I can't wait to meet my first daughter. Can't wait to be a daddy again" he said. "I know. Anytime, Hyuckie" I reply. It's now the early hours of the morning but labor is progressing a little more now. That's good. Maybe the end is in sight. It's after 4:30am and the midwives said I'll be ready to push soon when they tell me to. Soon it was time to do that so I started pushing. The midwife told me when to stop and when to push again. Donghyuck held by hand tight as I was pushing. I was afraid I was going to break his hand as I was squeezing him hard. "Am I hurting you, Hyuck?" I ask. "No you're not. Not at all. Just fine" Donghyuck replies. After several more pushes our beautiful baby girl Miyoung came into the world. Giving birth was exhausting but at least she's here safe and well now

A few minutes after Miyoung was born, I could hold her. The midwife clean her off and wrapped her in a towel and handed her to me. "She's beautiful. Congratulations" she smiles. "Awwww she's so beautiful, Y/ N and can't believe she's here" Donghyuck said. "He's so beautiful, Huuckie. Awwww she takes my breath away" I reply. "You take my breath away too" he smiles. We take lots of moments to appreciate our beautiful little girl. "We've got a daughter, Y/ N. Our first baby together" Donghyuck said. "Yes but remember we have little Eunsang. I love like him my own" I reply. "I know you to. Can I hold my girl now?" he asks. "Of course" I smile. I hand baby Miyoung to Donghyuck and he holds her for a while. "Hello, my beautiful girl. Appa is here" he said holding her carefully. "Awwwww so cute" I reply. "You have an amazing big brother at home who can't wait to meet you, baby girl. We'll give him a call in the morning when he's up" Donghyuck said. "Oh yes we will and hopefully you should be able to meet him tomorrow or the day after" I say. "Oh yes of maybe later today" he said. Our beautiful baby girl Miyoung is here now. She is amazing and gorgeous and Donghyuck and I are totally in love with her and everything about her

Guys I just started a Kpop imagines book. Boy groups of course. Don't worry I will still be completing this book but I'll be doing imagines as well. It's something I've been thinking about for a while and really wanted to do it. I've been doing pregnancy series books for a while now
