49. a. Baby's First Word

Mark 💖

Reuben will be a year old next week. Me and Mark can't believe our little Prince has been in our lives for almost a year now. Reuben brings so much joy to our lives and we love him so much. He loves playing and taking warm baths too. We are about to give Reuben a bath now. Mark and I both bathe him together. Mark fills the bath while I get Reuben ready. He has his clothes and diaper off and is all ready to go. "Almost there" Mark said. "Great. He's all ready and excited" I reply. Reuben gets into the bath a minute later. Mark and I both kneel beside him and watch him. He likes to splash around in the water. "Are you having fun in the bath, boy?" Mark said. "Yep he is. He always has fun in the bath" I reply. Reuben points at Mark and says "Dada". "Did you just say, dada?" he said. "He did say dada. He definitely did" I reply. "That's my boy. You're first word is dada" Mark said squishing his nose again Reuben. So proud of Reuben saying his first word in the bath. It was dada

His POV

Joohyun has just turned a year old now. We can't believe our little princess is a year old now. She means the world to Y/ N and I does Joohyun. She's such a clever and adorable little girl. She's the best. We are so blessed to have her. We are going to our niece's second birthday party today. Y/ N's brothers daughter. She's only a year older than Joohyun. We just had Joohyun party and it was great. We have to leave soon as it's a little while away. I am getting her ready. Y/ N let's me choose out her clothes and get her ready. "Okay, Joohyun. What do you want to wear?" I say. We look in the closet for a few minutes before I choose a pretty dress with flowers on for Joohyun. I lay her down on the changing table and undressed her and change her diaper. Y/ N is getting ready in our room. Joohyun looks at me. "Dada dada" she says quietly. "Sweetie, you just said dada" I say. Y/ N comes in. "Did Joohyun just say dada" she said. "Yes she did. Maybe she'll say it again" I say. "Say dada, Joohyun" Y/ N says. She doesn't say it again till we are on our way to the party. Joohyun just said her first word and we are so proud of her

Taeyong 💙

Taeho is a year old now. Our adorable little boy is now a year old and we can't believe it. Our boy is growing up so so much. He's our big boy. He's really strong. We think he could be walking pretty soon. I walked when I was just over a year old. Taeyong and I love our boy more than anything in this world. He's the best thing ever. That's our boy. Taeyong is away for a few nights in Japan doing some promo. Taeho and I are at home together. We are going to call him now before I get Taeho to bed. There is no time difference as he's only in Tokyo. "Are you ready to call Appa, Taeho? Let's see what he's up to" I say. Taeho smiles at me and I call Taeyong. "Hey, baby. What's up?" he said. "Hello, love. Just calling you before I put him to bed. I don't think he's tired though" I reply. "How's my two favourite people in the world?" Taeyong asks. "We're both fine. Are you?" I reply. "Yes I'm great. Missing you so much though" he said. "We are missing you so much too" I reply. Taeyong says hello to Taeho and talks to him for a few minutes. "Appa" he says looking at Taeyong. "You just said Appa, son. Your first word" Taeyong said. "He did. Appa" I reply. "Say it again" he said. "Appa" Taeho says a few minutes later. "That's my boy. Appa loves you so much, Taeho and can't wait to see you" Taeyong said blowing him a kiss. It was lovely to speak to Taeyong tonight before Taeho went to bed. He said Appa too. His first word. So proud of him

Jungwoo ❤️

The twins have just turned a year old now. We are having a big party for them next week. We can't believe Seungwan and Heeyoung are now a year old. Jungwoo and I love our babies so much. They mean the absolute world to us. They are both fun loving little children. They both can stand up but there not walking yet. We should give them a bit more time as they are only just a year old. They will walk when they are ready. It's a nice summers day so we have gone out into town with the twins. We live in a nice area of Seoul with a nice little town. We are walking around the town with Seungwan and Heeyoung in their stroller. Jungwoo is pushing them around and I'm walking by them. "It's a lovely day to be out, jagiya" Jungwoo said. "Yes it is. It's the perfect day to be out" I smile. "With our perfect little ones" he smiles. "Indeed" I smile. We walk around a bit longer looking in a few places. We stop at our favourite little cafe to have something to eat and drink. Jungwoo goes to get the drinks while I sit outside with the twins. They are both awake and enjoying the day. Jungwoo comes back with our food and drinks. "Thank you, my love" I smile. "You're welcome, my love" he smiles. We sit down and talk. We've given the twins a little bit of our cupcakes to eat. "Bubba" Heeyoung says with her mouth full. "Did you just say something, sweetheart?" Jungwoo says. "Yes she said bubba" I reply. "Well done, Heeyoung" he said pitching her up. I guess Heeyoung's first word was bubba. Haha. Bless her. We had a fun day in town today with our babies

His POV

Miyoung turns a year old next week and we can't wait to celebrate her special day with our friends and families. Y/ N and I are so excited for our baby girl to turn a year old. We love her so much. We have a big celebration planned for Miyoung next week. I am just arriving home from work. The kids were at nursery as Y/ N is back at university. They like going to nursery. She's I'll be home with them now. I can't wait to see all my favourite people soon. The cab drops me off by our apartment block and i get out of the car and get the elevator to our home. I open the door and Y/ N is sat on the couch next to Eunsang. Miyoung is crawling around the room. She crawls to me and I pick her up. "Hello, sweetheart" I say kissing her cheek. "Hey, Hyuckie" Y/ N said. "Hey. How are you?" I reply. "Great" she smiles. I bend over and kiss her. Miyoung smiles at me. "Appa Appa" she said. "Appa. You just said Appa, my sweet girl" I say. "She's such a clever girl. I thought she said eomma earlier but I don't think she did. Anyway that's great" Y/ N said. I smile and Miyoung smiles too. I kiss her too. That's my beautiful and clever little girl. What a nice surprise to come home to?
