"Call me after your first day of school tomorrow," my dad repeats for what seems like the hundredth time. "I love you so much."

"I will and I love you too," my voice gives away just the slightest. "I'll miss you so, so much."

With one finally hug, I start heading towards the luggage area. My dad had ridden with me to Minnesota, and if it weren't for the fact that his plane will be leaving for Australia soon, he would walk me to my mom and brother.

The reason my dad is moving to Australia is because he got a job transfer from New York where we've lived for two years. Believe it or not, it's actually the longest place we've stayed since a long time ago.

Anyways, I was okay with moving around the country, because I knew my brother and mom were only a few states away, but moving over seas? I couldn't do that, so I decided I'd stay with them until I graduate and then I'll figure out the whole college thing.

Grabbing my two suitcases I then head to the front of the airport where my mom had told me to meet her.

"Bella!" I hear my mom screech. When I turn around she is running full speed towards me, which makes me nearly have a heart attack. She's a clumsy person, so watching her zoom over hear is a bit heart stopping.

"Hey mom," I say into her shoulder as her arms wrap tightly around me. I feel slightly awkward, but not too much. I just haven't been close with her for the longest time so it's definitely something to get used to.

My parents had divorced when I was only five and my older brother was six. The custody agreement allowed for my mother to have custody of my brother and my dad me. We didn't get to choose, but I don't think I would've wanted to. That's a huge decision for a young girl and despite that, a hurtful one to the parent that you don't pick. Everything worked out for the best, anyways.

"Don't I get a hug?" I hear a deep voice say from behind me. I free myself from my moms embrace and turn towards a tall, muscular, caramel eyed,  dark brown haired boy.

"Devon?" I ask in disbelief. Last time I saw him he was a little, scrawny kid with braces. Now he's built up and has straight teeth.

"Hey little sis," He smiles throwing his arms around my waist, giving me a bone crushing hug. I can practically feel the excitement radiating off of him in waves. I'm sure I'm the same.

"Hey big bro," I greet patting his back while giggling. He sets me down after that, his smile so big I'm worried his lips will tear. That would be both creepy and sad.

"I can't believe your back," He beams, he looks like a child on Christmas. I feel so loved.

I've always had a good relationship with my brother. Although we didn't live with each other we would Skype and text a lot. So when he heard I was moving back in with him and my mom he almost blew up with excitement.

"Me neither," I smile, brightly. Devon bends down and grabs my bags, putting them in the back of the car.

"Let's go," He says, opening the door. I slide into the back and he comes in shortly after. "We have a surprise for you."

"What is it?" I ask.

"I can't tell you." He laughs and I playfully glare. If you're going to tell someone that they're getting a surprise, you can't not tell them afterwards. Am I right or am I right?

After driving for about ten minutes we pull up to an Italian restaurant. I quickly remember that it was my favorite restaurant as a kid.

I smile joyfully as I step out of the car, the cold October air pays no mind to me.
