"How was your tutoring session with, Nick?" Gavin asks, pressing a light kiss to my neck.
I release a quiet moan. I don't want to talk about Nick right now, especially after what Gavin and I did. I know now that my tutor sort of likes me which means Gavin was sort of right.
"Mm..." I hum and snuggle into his side. He seems to drop the subject as he places his arm protectively around my waist an pulls me towards him.
"We'll talk about it tomorrow." Oh.

I'm jolted awake suddenly due to a pounding on my door. I blink a few times and try to figure out what is happening.
"Bella! Wake up we need to leave!" Devon's voice booms through the door.
I gasp and look to my left only to realize Gavin is no longer next to me. Where did he go?
"Coming!" I croak and throw the sheets off of me. Racing to the door, I unlock it and swing it open.
"Why the hell is the door locked?" My older brother growls.
I try to force the blush that threatens to form on my cheeks away and answer with the first thing that comes to my mind.
"I don't know," I lie. "Must've done it without noticing."
He narrows his eyes at me, I look away. "Whatever, just please get ready we have to leave in ten minutes."
I squeak and slam the door in his face earning an "ow" and a curse. Sliding open my dresser I pull out a pair of skinny jeans with a grey hoodie. Trying to juggle slipping on my socks and getting to the bathroom, I put my hair up in a bun and add some mascara.
I hate being rushed.
After brushing my teeth and grabbing my backpack, I thump down the stairs and run out to the car, shoes in hand.
I'm breathing hard when I finally get into my brothers truck.
"Good, you got ready on time," he beams and pulls out of the driveway.
"Yeah, I don't know why my alarm didn't go-" I didn't even set it. I was so caught up in Gavin last night I totally forgot about my alarm. Stupid Bella, stupid.
"No biggie," he says. "Are you coming to the game tonight?"
The game? Oh right! The basketball game.
"Yes, where is it again?"
"Kensington High," he tells me and I nod. It's a win win for me since Gavin is sure to want me to be there. Or...he doesn't? I don't know, he doesn't talk about it much.
"Yeah," I smile. "I'll definitely be there. Have to get a ride from Hailey, but I'll be there."
"Good," he pats my head, right as we finally pull into the crowded school parking lot.
I bid my goodbye to him before hopping out of his truck and walking towards the school. I don't spot Gavin where he usually is, so instead of waiting, I find myself walking through the front doors.
My feet take me to my locker where I unload the things I don't need and put the things I do in my bag. As I'm about to close my locker, Hailey's voice stops me.
"Hey!" She screeches.
"Hey," I smile, and close my locker so I can talk to her better.
"I didn't see you come in? Where were you?" She asks, looking confused.
The real question is, where was she?
"I was at the door I usually am," I narrow my eyes at her.
