"So Ben jumped out of a window and Ethel had a seizure?" Sweet Pea clarifies as we're sat on the couch cuddling
"Yup and I have no clue what's actually going on in juvie"
"Archie will be alright he's capable of looking after himself"
"I know I know. It's just weird things are going on"
"It's Riverdale babe what did you expect?"
"Yeah your right" I jolt forward feeling something in my stomach, like a weird flutter or a bubble popping
"Are you ok?" Pea asks panicked
"Yeah I just think I felt the baby move for the first time" I smile at him
"Seriously?" I nod my head and feel it again
"I don't know if you can feel it yet because it's only light kicks but here" I take Peas hand and place it on my belly
"It's kinda like your stomach it grumbling" Pea laughs
"I mean I might also be a little hungry"
"Pops?"
"Sure let me grab my jacket and we will go" I get up off the couch and grab my jacket which is hanging up.

We get in Peas truck and he drives us up Pops and we take a seat
"Hey El, hey Sweet Pea" Veronica says walking over to us
"Hey V. How's Archie?"
"A little bruised after the riot but he will be fine"
"When them Serpents get out I will..."
"No it wasn't the Ghoulies. It was the guards"
"Wait seriously?"
"Yeah. Daddy also took my name off the list so Reggie has given me a fake id to get in"
"Ahhh cleaver girl"
"It was Cheryls idea"
"Of course it would be" I laugh
"Anyway what can I get you guys?"
"I'll have a burger and friends with a chocolate milkshake please V"
"I'll have the same. Thanks Veronica"
"No problem I'll bring it over soon" Veronica walks off
"What times the scan tomorrow?"
"2:30 so we will have to leave school early"
"Fine by me" Pea chuckles which makes me giggle. We hear the door jingle, Josie walks in with the vixens
"Here we go" I mutter
"Hi Sweets you wanna join us?" Is this girl for real? I'm literally sat right here
"No thanks Josie"
"But I haven't seen you since the pool party"
"And I wonder why that is?" I say crossing my arms leaning back
"Ella is was just a kiss"
"But it's not just a kiss Josie. You flirt with him any chance you get. You seem to keep forgetting that he's engaged to me" I show her my ring "and we have a baby on the way"
"We're 17 you and Sweet Pea will probably end in divorce and the poor baby will be going back and forth between you and him"
"What and you think that you'll be the one to live happily ever after with him?"
"No that's no what I'm saying"
"Josie please just leave us" Pea finally says
"Fine but you know where I am when she can't fulfil your needs anymore" Josie walks off
"I'm actually going to kill her one of these days" I say
"Babe remember what I said. It's you and only you" Pea takes my hand and Veronica brings over the food
"So El you singing tonight at the speakeasy?"
"Sure why not"
"Excellent" she smiles and walks off while we eat.

"Do I look alright?" I ask Pea as we walk into Pops
"You look like the most beautiful girl I think I've ever laid my eyes on" Sweet Pea takes my hand
"Hey guys. Ella you look amazing Sweet Pea you scrub up well"
"Thanks Reg"
"This way" we walk past the queue and we enter the speakeasy

"You ready El?"
"Of course"
"Well follow me. Sweet Pea I've saved you and Fangs a table at the front next to Toni and Cheryl. Reggie could you escort Sweet Pea to his table as I take El to the stage"
"Of course"
"Your going to smash it baby" Pea kisses my lips and I walk over to the stage with V. Reggie then let's her know that her father is upstairs asking for her
"Ok Kevin's going to introduce you, good luck"
"Ladies and gentleman. On behalf of Veronica Lodge I thank you all for coming to the grand opening of La Bonne Nuit now please welcome to the stage the one and only Ella Jones" I walk on stage and hear Pea yelling
"That's my girl" I look at him and smile as I walk over to the mic
"Err thank you Kevin and thank you Veronica for letting me sing on your opening night" the music starts to play "share my love take me for what I am, because I'll never change all my colours for you. Take my love I'll never ask for to much just all that you are and everything that you do" I hear people starting to cheer, the loudest being Sweet Pea "I don't really need to look very much further, I don't wanna go where you don't follow. I won't hold it back again this passion inside can't run from my self there's no where left to hide........... your love I'll remember forever" I take a deep breath and look at Sweet Pea "don't make me close one more door I don't wanna hurt anymore stay in my arms if you dare must I imagine you there. I walk of stage to be smothered in kisses by Pea
"I'm so proud of you" he says while hugging me
"Finally she sings again" Fangs says which makes me laugh. Veronica walks up to me
"Ok so how would you feel about earning a little extra cash and sing here every Friday and Saturday night?"
"Are you being serious?"
"Deadly and of course your bou can also earn some extra money by helping Reggie tend the bar"
"Thank you thank you thank you" I cry hugging Veronica
"Anything to help you guys. Now last thing what have you got left to buy for the little one?"
"A lot. Errrm clothes, a breast pump, nursing bras, maternity clothes..."
"Ok well tomorrow I'm taking you to get some maternity clothes, don't worry about the cost I'm paying as a thank you for tonight"
"V you can't be serious I can't let you...."
"It's the lest I could do. You've done your best trying to help Archie, you've helped me tonight and you deserve a little something after having to put up with Josie and her flirting"
"Thanks for reminding me. Looks like the she devil is on her way over here"
"Hi guys. Veronica I was a little disappointed that you had asked Ella to sing and not me, considering I'm actually a singer and Sweet Pea do you want a drink?"
"I'm good thank you"
"Ok well Josie the reason I didn't ask you was because I just thought it would be something nice for Ella to do. Something to enjoy while she's been having to watch you flirt with her bou so either you play nice or you can leave. Your choice" Josie rolls her eyes and walks off causing me to chuckle.
