I barley slept last night. All the baby did was kick, then early hours of the morning I had slight cramps which I was told was normal as I am now in my 3rd trimester and it could be braxton hicks
"Did you mean what you said last night El? You know about becoming a nurse" Pea says from the bedroom while I'm washing my face
"Making people better when their sick, 100% but like I said my grades aren't good enough"
"Nonsense you're getting As in bio, chem and physics. Maths you're getting a B in it's just English we need to work on"
"We?" I question as I walk out the bathroom to Pea putting on his shirt
"Yeah, me, Toni, Fangs, Reggie, Veronica, Jughead. I know I don't have the best grades but English is like the only one I'm good at. Toni and Jughead are getting As so they could tutor you more"
"I guess but everyone is preoccupied at the moment with the whole Archie situation and now this G&G game. Also my grades will slip once I've had the baby, I won't be able to come to school"
"We will figure it out now come on else we will be late for school"

Were sat in class while sheriff Minetta is going on about how Archie is dangerous and that he had help escaping, well we are all felons now as hiding information is a felony offence, I know the Serpents can keep their mouths shut but Reggie, Kevin and Josie I'm not so sure
"I was busy all day sheriff. You can check my browser history if you know what I mean" Reggie says earning an eye roll off me, but at least he's a good lier
"Where were you Miss Jones at the time of the break out?"
"I was with my fiancé setting up our baby's room"
"Sweet Pea can you confirm?"
"Yes sir spent all day setting up the room"
"What about you Miss McCoy" oh god here we go, please be good at lying please be good at lying
"Don't look at me sir. I, uh...." shit "I... I was in the music room practicing"
"Alone? I'll be looking into all of your alibis and if I find out later that someone was involved, well you can say goodbye to this school" I look at Josie who looks freaked out, I begin to feel a slight pain in my stomach
"Ow" I say under my breath
"Sheriff Minetta back off" I look over at Josie who's having a seizure and Cheryl running today her
"Get her on the floor" I shout "V move the desks away..... ow" I hunch over in pain
"El what's wrong?" Pea asks getting up
"Cheryl don't touch her now it could make it worse.... ahhhh"
"Babe talk to me what's going on?"
"I don't know but it hurts Pea, like really bad" just as quick as Josie has her seizure it finishes
"Ok everyone stay calm. Sweet Pea I'm going to ask you and Jughead to escort Ella to the nurses office we will get an ambulance down here ok" both Sweet Pea and Jughead help me up and I feel a gush of water down my legs, I double over in even more pain
"No no no this can't be happing I can't be in labour no" I start to cry, Pea scoops me up and takes me out the room to the nurses office.

10 minutes later the ambulance arrives, both Josie and I are taken to hospital. Josie still passed out, Pea holing my hand also now crying. Once we arrive I'm rushed into a labour and delivery ward and checked over and given some drugs to help the pain. I'm hooked on to a machine to monitor my heart beat and the baby's
"Ok so it looks like your 8 centimetres dilated"
"She's only 29 weeks pregnant will everything be ok?"
"We will do our best. Your midwife will be in shortly, usually once you hit 8 centimetres the rest goes pretty quick"
"I can't do this Pea I can't loose another baby Jamie was my fault and now this is also my fault"
"Baby it's not your fault. Look at me none of this is your fault if you want to blame someone blame sheriff Minetta for putting pressure on everyone" not long later both Jug and dad come through the door
"Hey princess how are you feeling?" Dad kisses my forehead
"Better now I've been given pain meds" a couple minutes later my midwife comes in to check everything, he checks the position of the baby
"Looks like the baby is breach. I'm gonna try and turn the baby around" the midwife starts pushing on my stomach but the heart monitor starts beeping quickly "nurse prepare for an emergency c section"
"Wait what?" I should
"I'm gonna need you to relax ok only the father can join" they begin to move the bed out the room. Once in the theatre I'm given an injection and quickly fall asleep.

My eyes flutter open as I see Sweet Pea asleep in the chair next to me holding my hand. I groan feeling groggy then it hits me, wheres my baby?
"Pea" I nudge him awake
"Hey baby how are you feeling?" I ignore his question
"Where's our baby?" Pea sighs
"They took her to the NICU we can go and see her when your feeling up to it"
"Her? Our baby's a girl?"
"Yes and she's gorgeous. Takes after her mother" Pea bends down and kisses my forehead "now you've got a fair few visitors outside. Want me to send some in" I smile and nod my head. First to come in we're obviously Jughead, Betty and dad. Then it was Fangs, Cheryl and Toni. Then Kevin, Veronica and Reggie. They all bought flowers and cards, once everyone had visited Sweet Pea helps me in a wheelchair and takes me to see our baby. We have to wear gloves but we are able to put our hand through the hole to hold her hand
