Stars danced across the night sky, twinkling in and out of the brightly lit evening. Friday was reaching it's rest and they all had forgotten they even had school earlier, settling in the warm liquid that eased their muscles.

All except one person.

"Minsies, why don't you join us?" Hyerin pouted, hair tied into a high bun with her signature bangs still hanging out. She could feel the music vibrating under her feet as she sat near the ledge, fully clothed in the same sweats she had been wearing that were now dirtied from the outdoor activities. Biting her bottom lip in thought, she eyed everyone sat in the hot tub, wishing she could take a dip as well.

"Did you need a bathing suit? I think we're the same size." Miyeon kindly offered. Pausing for a second, she shook her head no. "I'm wearing one right now, but thanks." It came out mumbled, staring down at her sandals.

She felt someone's head nudge her elbow, looking down to see blue hair. "You're on your 'end of a sentence', aren't you?" she whispered yelled a bit too loud, yet Jisung didn't look phased beside her at all.

Swallowing a lump in her throat, Minseo's face turned a shade of red. "Sure." she mumbled, flustered by the sudden question. Of course that wasn't the reason, but it seems she already made a good enough excuse for her.

Seorin frowned, beginning to get up from her spot. "You know, tampons are a thing, silly." she began walking out of the tub, feeling the cool wind hit her body. Minseo panicked for a brief moment as she wrapped herself in her towel, unable to fake a period.

"Uh, Seorin, I- don't use tampons." she lied in a hushed tone as the girl pulled her into the house.

"Oh, jeez. First time? I promise, it doesn't hurt at all." she laughed, pulling the towel closer to her body. Minseo let out a small groan, running a hand through her hair. "Well actually they do kinda hurt, but-"

"Oh my gosh, I'm sorry for being inconsiderate." she gasped, shocking the both of them. Pulling her closer, she cleared her throat.

"Is it because you're a vir-"

"Seorin, I am not on my period!" Minseo squeaked in embarrassment, making her mouth form into an 'o' shape. The both of them turned red as one of them began dripping onto the wood floors, standing in front of the large glass doors awkwardly.

"I just- it's complicated." Minseo muttered, pulling the sleeves of her sweatshirt into her palms. With a saddened look, Seorin reached for her forearm, yet she immediately snatched it away as she winced at the contact.

"Sorry, is it because I'm still wet? Or is it because you're bruised from volleyball?"

Minseo choked out a chuckle, a half smile tugging at her lips. "No, not at all." she looked down at the gray sleeve slightly dampened by her hand. Coating the dryness in her throat, her eyes stayed fixated on the wooden planks almost shamefully.
