Chapter 29

No one had the time to find Cooper as their best shot at defeating him was Nick, who was injured and now wears a cast because of Cooper's copy that broke his leg that hadn't been healed enough so now he has to stay in bed. Each night or anytime for the matter that he had slept was that he dreamed the battle he had with the real Cooper the switch was made at the explosion and he remembered the certainty in his eyes as Cooper was completely composed not even looking interested in any of them as everyone tried to stop him from taking another step. Cooper still had his cool attitude yet Nick remembered that as soon as Nick punched him he had a pissed off expression as he pouted his lip for a while then quickly recovered with a grin while his eyebrows were still furrowed for a bit, Nick felt chills go down his spine at the memory of those eyes. No one knew what to say as nome ever expected Cooper to just up and leave along without them knowing for hours after that explosion so if the copy hadn't said anything then they'd be under the impression he was Cooper, why did the copy tell them? The five adults were still trying to figure out how Cooper had been able to get out in a matter of 4 months which was left unanswered as all the wires were correctly put in, they were all panicking until Cody reveal he had put a tracker attached to Cooper's skin that wass hard to see so they just needed to activate it and see where he was.

The tracker was a bit twitchy as it showed that the little red dot on the screen was still moving a little quickly as the tracker had a hard time keeping up, the dot didn't stop moving as it went in different precise directions like left, left, right, left, right, right. They couldn't tell where the heck Cooper was going as he kept moving in different spots all around the screen and after 37 hours of waiting for Cooper to stop moving around, they came back to check if he was still moving then they saw that Cooper had gone to the other side of the world by then. They finally checked the location and Cooper was somewhere in Hawaii so they were ready to call some Sprites that were living there to catch Cooper to open a portal to send him back to them, they just touched the phone when the red dot went from one to several. All the dots moved around in circles around Hawaii which made them lose track of the original as almost all the dots left Hawaii as 6 remained on Hawaii as the others go all around the map so they knew that they needed to call everyone from each state as there was more than 500 Sprites in each piece of land so it took a while. They didn't manage to message them all as some of them didn't use technology as much so they needed to send some high trained Sprites as messengers to make sure nothing happened as they tried to get the message to the other Sprites about Cooper, they were worried that the tracker thing was just a trick and that maybe the real Cooper didn't even have the tracker on anymore!

With Cooper

Cooper was holding onto the wound he had that the explosion caused which he planned to heal until a Sprite who still hadn't got the news came up to him worried as he knew that Cooper was a royal and if he was hurt then it must have been bad for him to be limping. He welcome Cooper in his home without letting Cooper get a word in edgewise as he picked up Cooper putting him over his shoulder running to the barn to get the his first aid kit, Cooper didn't attack the man as he was of use to Cooper if he wanted to heal then he'd just be kind to the man who was trying his best to aid to Cooper's wounds. After the man had bandaged the wound up perfectly for Cooper who bowed on his knees as he honestly owed this farmer his life for having taken the time to heal him so he's just been sticking around and enriching the farmer's family with better crops along with money with so much more even if the farmer tried to refuse which Cooper would not take as an answer. Cooper wanted to forget all those faces back home and just learn to farm with the other Sprites, but that didn't mean that Cooper had completely turned back into his old pacifist self so Nick was still in danger if he actually tried any shit. That copy he made was clever and told Cooper what it learned what Nick can do with only some of Cooper's small attacks so Cooper had a headstart on a lot of things, he didn't want to deal with that mentally tiring family that can't just get along.
