Sorry for being gone for so long.

Cooper's P.O.V.

I don't think there will be a moment long enough where peace exists, but I'm willing to enjoy this moment of peace with my friends and family as we continue to move forward. Rio and Leo haven't been found, which leaves them still out hidden from us all. Yet I'm happy that they haven't tried to come back. All that was left was to check the orphanage and graduate school then get crowned King. I'll go check out the orphanage Dad opened later after Wrath is doing better. It was the only orphanage around. Dad had opened it years ago and ran it up until his death. Now it's mainly running on what money he left to it once he passed away. I wonder why Dad came back for a bit and just left?

I have so many emotions going through me; euphoria, grief, confusion, and pain. I haven't really addressed this much as I don't want to face it yet. I look out one of the hospital windows in Wrath's room to see such a world where it looks somewhat simple but has been anything but that. I saw so many areas as the hospital was near the center, the Cloudy district, always full of clouds blocking the sun. The Warm District is to be on a portion of the beach but never in the water.

I look to my right and see The Weeping Falls district. It rains horribly there, waterfalls might even hit near people's homes, but they seem used to the somewhat flooding area. I sure wonder what kind of adventures Dad had at my age? What was he like? I wish I knew, but I bet he was far superior to I was. I let out a sigh and back to playing around with a small gadget of mine.

-Years ago-

Sarid was no ordinary kid, sure, but he was made as one of the most perfect Sprites in existence made. A weapon to protect the Kingdom. Cody got 9998 Sprites to give a bit of their own magic to mix it with his own to have a new type of magic close to his but far more dangerous. It worked because, after several months of him working away, he showed his citizens a 3-year-old in a cage with several chains that were going wild as he tried to break out of it. People were scared of this new Sprite as Cody smiled proudly at the foul creation he was forced to bring to life. Sarid had no clue why he was there or what he was for as he saw several people around him giving different reactions with a strange man in front of his standing almost full of pride, but prideful of what?

Sarid had no clue as to what. One moment he didn't exist the next he did, so many things around him to comprehend all at once that it almost filled him with rage as he could not understand a single thing around him. The same prideful man opened the cage, another man from the crowd came up. He was different from the prideful man. He almost seemed happy to see Sarid, unlike the confused and scared audience. The man had light yellow hair with dark yellow eyes with brown pupils, he was wearing a black tux and black leather shoes with laces, black jeans with no rips, he got down on one knee and held out his hands towards Sarid, who was unchained from his shackles.

Everyone was quiet while Sarid slowly approached the new man. The man gently picked up Sarid, who didn't show aggression as a warm nice, feeling came over him as he was held by the man who smiled at him.

He was happy, yet the prideful man that he heard bits and pieces of as he grew. And got to understand, was named Cody. He didn't feel great motives, so he was still hostile to Cody, but not his new caregiver. His creator was awfully smiling as if he had something waiting but was holding back.

Sarid stopped growling when his new caretaker held him close with a smile and saying softly,

"Hello, my name is Yellow Glow. I'm your Dad from now on. I gave the most of my magic, so you feel quite connected to me now, but I promise to raise you right and give you a great life." Sarid somewhat understood as he held on tight to Yellow's shirt.

Cody just smiled and left as he knew everything was going to his plans. And for 5 years, Yellow cared for Sarid happily and treated him like an actual person. Sarid grew less cold and aggressive to a more child-like state for someone his age. Cody wasn't that happy with this result as he didn't want Sarid driving away from being one of the cruelest and powerful Sprites to being just a normal kid. Cody tried to tell Yellow to toughen up Sarid by hurting him, but Yellow refused to harm his son like that.

Cody sure hated this new defiance as he expected things to go differently and not like this. People always mess with his work. He hates how people let their feelings control everything around them. Yellow was a tough cookie to crack, but Cody wouldn't mind pushing him over the edge, even if Yellow used to be his friend and partner as he had no time to waste as he could never make another Sprite like Sarid again.

He had to fix his mistake of giving Sarid to Yellow and show Sarid how to be cold-blooded to those around him. How else would Sarid learn to be what he was made to be? Cody didn't care for the cost he may have to pay. Sarid would work just as planned from the very beginning of this all. Cody always got what he wanted. Even if he kills those he cares for around him to get it, he already formed a system in his Kingdom. He cares not for anyone, whether a child, adult or even an elderly person. Cody never showed his face to the public often. It was best like that as less attention from him meant that you would less likely die for somehow messing up in front of him.

The pale brown-haired man with a black suit and tie with horrible black pants with stitches from his various adventures. He can't ever show them what fun he does as it is just seen well, like making a candle with some human blood in it, the metallic smell, something that can be admired ad it's always enchanting in a way that he can't describe. The candles are somewhat edible too. So it's also a nice treat for him that most don't appreciate, he thinks it's found underrated, but it's alright for him. Cody had yet to show this crazed side as of now... He needed to fool these stupid children. Cody was worse than all those past wanna-be villains that Cooper or any other person has dealt with.

Cody is confident to say that Wyatt would never be as strong as he is in any way possible. He may be the reason why most smile every day because if they don't, they'll be breaking a rule and showing some sort of rebellion. Any stupid monsters like Boo, Wyatt, Maple, Rio, and Leo could never live up to his misdeeds. Wyatt? He didn't want to be bad... Boo? Some malfunction. Maple? Caught off guard. Rio? A coward. Leo? A predator that had nothing better to do with his gifted power used for the worst crimes, he was never good.

Do they really think that Cody is a good guy? Maybe. But he isn't really. He's killed only, not save someone in danger.
