Blue had Cayden in a hallway where there was no one there to hear them talk about what Blue had to say to Cayden about Nick. Cayden stood there waiting what Blue had to say to him as he only had seen him at Father's kingdom when he went to visit his grandma who had moved there for better care. He had seen Blue and Nick a few times and he thought they were chill as he spoke to Nick a few times and he thought he was...just a bit cute but like in a not crush way! Totally. Blue sighed before he said
"Nick once made me promise to tell someone he knew something if he died and never told. He...had a crush on you and planned to tell you soon but you know what happened in the end. You don't have to like him back but I needed to tell you." Blue and Cayden both went silent.
Cayden felt his heart sink a bit and he wished he knew as maybe he could have actually...never mind. Nick's dead he can't do anything but tell Blue
"Wish I knew about that before so we could have been together. I-Thank you for telling me about Nick's feelings for me. It...was probably hard for you to tell me this but I'm glad you did!" Blue and Cayden shared a moment of silence before they both silently left the hallway.
Blue felt happy that he had gone through with telling Cayden and went to the local grocery store next to get more fruits for dessert. Blue stepped in causing the doors to open when they sensed him and he got one of those baskets people use as he went straight for where the fruit was so he could buy some mangos and grapes along with Cooper's favorites which were strawberries. Once he finished looking for the fruit he went to Aisle 16 and got some vanilla and cookies and cream ice cream in the basket then after taking a few turns he went too Aisle 6 where the cake mix was and Blue got two boxes of fudge cake for his planned desert. He took out a list from his pocket to see if he missed anything fir the dessert tonight and was glad to see that he had it all checked and ready so he walked to the self check out center and bought his items with Father's credit card. Blue then exited the store and went to walk straight home trying to make it back before the ice cream he bought melted into a milkshake basically.
Blue was checking what he needed to do next after he out the grocery away and he saw one thing he hated most in the whole world and it was checking in on Petals, Mercury, and Lead. He went to Father first reluctantly after slowly putting away the groceries then walked through the dark hallway leading to his Father's room only to come in and see a pissed off Father sitting in bed. He only collected the filled put paper work and murmured a 'good morning' then left the room. He went to his room to get his phone to call Uncle Mercury who went back to the kingdom for safety measures and got a reply from a assistant saying that Uncle Mercury was doing well but couldn't talk as he was busy counting the extra food made for attacks. Blue moved on to go check on Petals who reluctantly opened the door and let Blue sit her down and tell her comforting words until she fell back asleep again since she obviously hasn't slept all day or for a while at most.
Blue then to take a walk as all the work was really starting to mess him up though he would never admit it as everyone needed the help. He couldn't even bring himself to even talk to his crush anymore who was one of his friends because he was scared that his crush would deny him causing him to be even more sad and alone without a single person. Blue just kept walking until he bumped into his small crush that was Mumble, who seemed happy to bump into his friend Blue again. noticed the serious wide eyed expression on immediately and was about to ask what was wrong before though Blue walked off not wanting to talk to anyone at the moment. Blue felt tired of all the bullshit everyone was pulling on him since they literally can stop crying get to working on the positives and he meant at least the older people and not Cooper and Kat as they were kids.
