This story is a very hatred love one, you know one abuses the other but the one that gets abused just can't escape.
Tomura will be the abusive one and Izuku is the victim, please don't start hating on the characters this is fictional the characters are never like this in the manga/anime.
Tomura does like Izuku but very little so he doesn't care much when he hurts him.
So, there's Um some cussing
(I still don't understand why some people don't like that but whatever)
Like I said abuse, self harm, probably a little bit of rape...

Once again don't hate the characters and if you suffer from an abusive lover, parent,guardian, step parents, siblings even a friend report them and talk about it don't be afraid to just let go even if they threaten you, you should still leave and report them to the police.
