Haha- Incomplete Draft

School is giving me less time, because I hate the education system. So here's a draft of a book that I was going to write, but school got in the way and the plot was stupid.

Yes, this was the first chapter even though this is a one-shot book. I just can't work on drafts rn, hope you understand.

"Kokichi!" called out Kokichi's father. Kokichi didn't seem to bother listening to whatever his father was asking Kokichi to come down here for. Recently his parents have been trying to match him with any female princess that is in the surrounding area, but when his parents didn't notice how he wasn't interested in any girls. They reverted to arranging marriages with princes, but they still came out empty handed. The only prince that got close to having an arranged marriage was Rantaro Amami, but they immediately crossed out him as a future ruler of the Ouma Kingdom, since they just see each other as close friends and well basically brothers.

"For the last time, old man. I. DON'T. WANT. TO. BE. MARRYING. ANYONE!" screamed Kokichi from his room, but his dad didn't seem to listen to him as always, because obviously the man of the house was his dad and no one would oppose him along with his status as king. Now that was a big no-no if you ever oppose the king."Yeah, but you're 18 and you haven't chosen a spouse yet!" said his dad, arriving at Kokichi's door frame.

Kokichi groaned as he sat up and said "That's the problem, I'm only 18. I just graduated from high school and you're already preparing me to have a spouse. Who with the right mind would bother marrying someone when you just graduated from high school recently? Why can't I find a spouse when, I don't know, like 20, where I'm already done with my training as a king?" Kokichi felt his father glare at him, but he swatted that away.

"Well you'll have to marry this prince whether you like it or not." said his father and Kokichi raised an eyebrow "And why do you say that? Ever heard of this magical thing called freedom? You should try it sometime, it's like a drug." said Kokichi, giving his father a side glare. He never really liked his father a lot. He was always controlling over what Kokichi did and Kokichi followed his orders. His mother was the only one he considered as family, but she was now sick and was basically a ticking time bomb, waiting until she could finally die and rest in peace.

Kokichi was pretty offended when his father first decided to start this marriage arrangement thing and the first girl, Kokichi immediately cringed at her. Miu Iruma, was probably the most unprincess princess that Kokichi ever met and well he also wasn't into cocky and horny people anyways. She always looked like she was about to orgasm every time someone insults her, which Kokichi doesn't see himself dealing with. So, he flat out rejected the offer of marrying her and luckily her parents understood, because his father looked like he was going to kill him for insulting Miu.

And here he was, arranging a marriage between Kokichi and probably another prince, but this time he can't say no to this arrangement, because his father won't give him an option to say no. He honestly felt like a call-out girl, his father would only interact with him when he needed something and well this time. He needed his son for marriage arrangements.

Kokichi sure as hell knew the real reason why his father wanted him to marry off to anyone and there was only one reason why his father allowed Kokichi to marry any prince. It was because of money. The kingdom that his father was running was at near bankruptcy, because of his father. Kokichi thought it was a selfish decision for his father to pay girls to dance on poles while his mother was sick in bed not knowing the actions of her husband and the state of the kingdom. Back then, when his mother hadn't fallen ill, the kingdom was a prosperous one, but after his father took over and not really doing any of his responsibilities (mainly because the queen took his). And now, the Ouma kingdom was nothing but a joke, a parasite for latching onto any kingdom and the king was pretty delighted when Kokichi hit the age of 18, because Kokichi would be of use for him.
