CHAPTER TWELVE RAT HUNTING
ARTEMIS WOKE UP with a jolt on the bed, panting. She shook her head frantically, trying to erase the bad dream.
She heard shuffling behind and turned her attention. There was Hermione, curled into a ball, cuddling the pillow. Artemis smiled staring at the girl who was sleeping peacefully beside her.
'At least one of us can sleep' she thought.
She laid her head on the pillow, while Hermione was shuffling and mumbling in her sleep. The Lestrange girl left a quiet chuckle and closed her eyes.
But she never fall asleep.
After torturing 20 minutes, she stood up and sat carefully on the side of bed, trying not to wake up the sleeping girl.
That was when she heard her belly rumbling. She decided to go the kitchen and take a snack.
Artemis carefully put her trousers and baggy hoodie. She stood up and made her way to the exit.
Once she closed the door, she was met by her brother, Theo and Josie, The girl jumped startled.
"What are you three doing here" Artemis asked
"We should also ask you why are you leaving the hospital room." The older twin grumbled, "But that doesn't matter right now. We saw Pettigrew, we need to catch him."
"Alright then" she noded.
The quartet made their way through the corridors. Apollo take his wand and flicked it saying, "Lumos."
Some of the pictures were complaining about the light the group just ignored them.
Josephine stopped in her tracks and yawned, "We should separate and turn into animagi. This way we will catch the rat faster, also we could communicate."
All of them nodded.
Artemis hooked her arm around the other girl and grinned, "I'm with Josie, you two go look in the Gryffindor tower the password is Caput Draconis"
The two boys nodded and made their way to the Gryffindor tower.
Once the two girls turned into their animals, the two cats walked, wandering in the corridors and sniffing.
