Alone Again (Naturally)

"I'll be there"

"Great! I'll pick you up around half three?"

"See you then Davies."

After deciding she was finally comfortable with her outfit she walked over to her desk and grabbed a letter:

Mr. George Harrison, 

12 Arnold Grove, 

Liverpool L15 8HP

She placed the letter in her purse before making her way downstairs,

"Have you got everything Penny?" Theo asked,

"Yeah"

"Listen if anyone starts anything just call Ok? I'll beat the actual sh-" 

"I know, I know." She chuckled as she looked at her brother

"Dads, right you know, you are the spitting image of Mum" He whispered. 

Dalton's barking disrupted their concentration, before she walked to door, 

"Alright, alright Dalty calm down," She reassured as she opened the door. 

"Hi!" Penelope greeted as she was met with the oldest brother. 

"Hey, ready to go?" He asked trying to contain his amazement. 

"Yeah, Dad see you later!" Penny shouted down the hall. 

"Bye bye sweetie, have you got-" Alfred responded before being cut off by the slamming of the front door.

"So..." The teen boy dragged out as they walked,

"Yes so..." Penelope replied,

"So who's that fella your dad was going on about earlier?" He asked,

"Oh, that's George!" She informed,

"And... You... Um, is he your boyfriend?" He asked generally,

"George, no! Well... I uh- It's- It's complicated." She responded half trying to convince herself,

  "Oh really?" He laughed,

"Yes? His band played a few gigs at Alexandra's and around Norfolk and we got to know each other. It was only a fling." She stated. 

"So one that you keep in touch with?" 

"I guess so." She thought. 

After a few minutes he alerted the brunette with " We're here". 

"Already?" She replied cautiously. 

"Come on, you'll be fine! It's not like they're strangers!" The teen boy comforted,

"But I haven't seen them in fi-"

"It will be fine." He reassured before opening the door. 

The two were met with another teen boy who unlike them was unusually over-confident and obviously tipsy.  "Hey Mate!" The blonde tipsy boy greeted before letting the two teens in. 

"Hey Nathan, you alright?" Ray chatted

"Yeah fine, mate"

"Is me brother already here?" He asked as he looked around not letting to the nervous girls hand.
