"I was going to go swim some laps in the pool if you didn't want to see me." Lindsey said after they had been lying in Stevie's bed for a while, enjoying comfortable silence. "I think, I'd still like to do that."
"Sure. I'm not going anywhere." Stevie shrugged, her hand resting on his chest, where his shirt was parted.
"Why don't you join me?"
"It's hilarious that you think I'd go swimming somewhere other than my own pool." Stevie laughed, Lindsey didn't get why it was so funny.
"Well, I'm sure the staff cleans it regularly-"
"It's not that, Linds." She shook her head, tilting her chin up. "You know the old saying, no man is going to see Stevie Nicks in her swimsuit unless Stevie Nicks wants a man to see her in a swimsuit."
"I had you naked on all fours in the morning light today. What are you talking about?"
She sighed. He didn't understand her insecurities. How could he, when he was still so fit? "Yeah, but it was just you and I."
"I'll pay whoever I have to pay, so the pool area is strictly reserved for us."
"No, Linds. You go, I'll be waiting." Stevie said, shaking her head again.
"Okay. You don't have to get in the water with me, but surely you could sit somewhere, so you are with me?"
Thinking for a minute, she finally gave in. "Alright. But if you try to drag me in, I'll murder you."
"I won't, I swear." Lindsey chuckled, holding his hands up in defense.
A short while later, hand in hand, Lindsey led Stevie to the pool area of the hotel. It was rather late, well past midnight, so it was highly doubtful that any of the other guests would be there, however, Lindsey still made sure they would be alone.
Lindsey began to undress and Stevie made herself comfortable in one of the loungers. She couldn't look away, her eyes traveled over his body. He didn't look one bit his age. If she were completely honest, she was a little jealous of his physique.
Stevie smiled, when Lindsey dived head first into the water and breathed a sigh of relief, once he reemerged. She wondered to herself of his top 3 loves in life; was it her, music, swimming or her, swimming, music, or was it possible she wasn't at the top? She shook her head, no, she had to be the number 1.
"Why don't you sit over here?" Lindsey asked, showing to the tiled edge of the pool.
"So, it would be easier for you to make me wet?" Stevie asked without thinking, then rolled her eyes, seeing him smirk. "I didn't mean that."
"Steph, come on. We're alone in here." Lindsey continued. "Surely, you can hike up your skirt and dip your feet in? That is if you're able to reach it."
"Since when are you such a funny man, huh?" Stevie raised her eyebrow and Lindsey just shrugged. "Okay, fine." She sighed, sounding a little annoyed.
Lindsey swam up to Stevie, once her toes reached the water's surface. He placed his wet hands on her hips and she gave him a displeased look. "It's water, Stevie. It dries." Pulling her feet out, Stevie put them up on his shoulders, receiving and intrigued look from Lindsey. "I like where this is going."
Closing his fingers around her ankle, Lindsey began kissing the inside of her leg up, slowly, in no rush at all. He then mimicked his actions on her other leg, before turning to look her in the eyes, which had glazed over with desire from his impure thoughts. Catching him completely off guard, Stevie pushed her legs down, causing Lindsey to disappear under water, which wasn't hard to do, since he most definitely did not expect anything like that.
"Stephanie!" Lindsey gasped, wiping his eyes as he stared at her in shock. "You are naughty!" A smile crossed his lips, seeing her in a fit of giggles. Understanding the consequences of his actions, Lindsey positioned himself in between her legs and wrapped his arm around her clothed waist. In one swift motion, Stevie was in the water with him, now being the one, who couldn't speak. "Payback's a bitch."
"I told you, what was going to happen to you if you tried something!" Stevie yelled, but she held onto Lindsey for support. "And people wonder why we could never-" She was quickly silenced by Lindsey's lips pressed against hers, which instantly calmed her down.
"I love you." Lindsey said, pressing his forehead against hers.
"I love you." Stevie repeated, smiling at him sweetly.
"What do you say, we get out of here and I'll make you whole different kind of wet?"
