Harry was in utter shock at their find. Wasn't Tom Riddle supposed to be Voldemort? Or was it just another lie from their headmaster? Their new dog friend whimpered at Draco's comment. "It's okay doggy, by the way do you have a name. It doesn't seem right to keep calling you doggy." Harry noted. The dog nodded, barking. "How is it gonna tell us its name, it's not like it can speak," Draco pointed out.

The dog got up and knocked Draco's ink off his desk. "Hey watch it dog I need that to do school work! Draco shouted. The dog stepped one paw in the spilled ink and slid it on the ground. Harry went up to see what the dog was doing, "hey Draco I think he just wrote his name for us!" Harry called and Draco got up to see. "Padfoot, is that your name?" Draco asked. The dog nodded. "Alright padfoot it is then, but no more knocking down please," Draco said, casting a cleaning charm.

The dog barked happily. "Let's get back to our observation now," Harry suggested. Draco nodded and they sat back down. They found quite a few more pictures that were crossed off. Harry flipped to a new page and Draco suddenly stopped him. "Peter Petigrew is supposed to be dead. Killed by Sirius Black, so why isn't he crossed off..." Draco breathed, "what if that was to set up Sirius Black, Harry find Black's name." Harry did as he was told, looking through all the papers till he found it. A red X covered the picture, "no way" Harry said wide eyed. "Yes way, no one ever saw Pettigrew die, or Sirius kill all those people. He must have been at the wrong place at the wrong time."

"The framing of an innocent man, who happened to be of Pureblood origin and supposedly turned to the dark side, sounds pretty convincing to me," Harry speculates. Draco nodded, "nobody would think twice if I became a death eater, because I have a Pureblood family with Pureblood beliefs." Harry frowned "I know you wouldn't do it of your own volition." Draco smiled and kissed Harry on the cheek. "Thanks Harry," he whispered.

"Then a new voice piped in, while it's lovely to watch a new couple blossom, you do have more pressing matters." Harry and Draco looked for the source, until they locked onto a man in a prison jumper, with shaggy hair and tattoos everywhere. Draco's mouth fell open "Sirius Black, at your service," he bowed mockingly. Harry's eyebrows were knotted in concentration, then he snapped his finger, his eyes sparkling with realization. "Your padfoot, that's how you snuck out. You must have been looking for Peter." Draco turned to Harry, "how did you put that together so fast?"

"It was what made the most sense based on our current observations" Sirius nodded "I knew you were gonna be smart harry, just like your mom. She was an amazing witch."

"You knew my mom?" Harry asked. "Well of course, your dad was my best friend. Oh and I am your godfather as well Harry, your parents thought it fit if I were to watch over you."

"My godfather, you?!" Harry exclaimed. He looked to Draco who was also in utter disbelief. "Heck yeah, once I get a fair trial, you can come live with me, and get away from your awful relatives." Draco sighed in relief, "thank you Sirius, I was brainstorming ways to smuggle him into my house. Now I won't have to do that."   Sirius smiled, "I wasn't sure you would trust me at first, but it seems you've uncovered the ugly truth of good versus evil..."

Thank you for reading, this week has been a lot less stressful. I am actually able to consider things other than school work. Remember I love you all and hope you have a good day!
