𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗛 Kai Parker's little sister, Elizabeth after escaping her prison world, sleeps with the only vampire that can procreate, just her luck. Being pregnant with a miracle child, what a joke.

They were in the church where Klaus had helped his pack of werewolves.
He'd dragged Elizabeth along, despite knowing how much she loathed churches. Her parents used to force them to attend every Sunday, pretending to be a happy, functional family. God had never shown up for her. If He existed, He would've saved her from her shitty father.
And hell? Yeah, Elizabeth was probably headed there. But at least she'd be surrounded by people just like herself.
"Thank you all for coming. It means more than I can express. Today marks the first public service of our newly reopened church. St. Anne's can finally return to being the heart of our community—a place to gather as one people," Father Kieran's voice echoed through the chamber. "We come together now to praise God and give thanks. The events that took place here were tragic..."
While Kieran droned on, Klaus and Marcel sat side by side, whispering. Elizabeth noticed Marcel staring at someone with interest, though she couldn't see who.
"Did you spot some hot chick you're dying to bang, Marcus?" Elizabeth asked with a smirk. He didn't respond. Rude. Then again, Marcel had never been particularly warm to her—and the feeling was mutual.
"Problem?" Klaus asked casually. "No." "Then pay attention. We're supposed to look like devoted parishioners."
Elizabeth let out a theatrical groan. "This is torture. I hate churches. Why did you even bring me here, Nik?"
"I was hoping to torment you, love. Maybe have Father Kieran exorcise your wicked little soul," he said with a wicked grin.
Elizabeth grinned back. "I love it when you talk dirty to me. Never done it in a church before—but there's a first time for everything. I knew you had an ulterior motive."
Klaus leaned closer, his lips brushing her ear. "I'd love to ravish you right here, but sadly, we must maintain appearances. What better way to look holy than by sitting with my lovely pregnant fiancée?"
Her heart skipped a beat at fiancée. She knew he was joking—but her smile lingered anyway. The woman next to her gawked. Marcel rolled his eyes.
"You two are disgusting," he muttered.
"...and it is that hope in our hearts, and the generosity of many benefactors, that allows us to be here today. So we gather with renewed spirit, committed to peace and love. Amen," finished Kieran.
"Amen," the crowd echoed.
"Satan," Elizabeth whispered under her breath. Klaus stifled a chuckle.

"Lovely sermon this morning, Father. Quite inspirational," Klaus said, offering a handshake. Elizabeth smiled tightly and shook his hand too, her trademark fake smile in place.
