Abhi reflected the same gaze and after a few seconds he slowly walked towards her making her straighten and her heart beat rise. He stood closely infront of her and put her hair behind the ear saying "Sorry".
She wet her lips which made Abhi notice and exhaled unevenly before crashing his lips to her. First she was still and started responding back slowly since this is her first kiss. Well the one before was just a peck.
He pulled her close with his arms around her waist and her hands around his neck tugging his hair with her fingers. He lifted her and moved to the bed not even breaking the kiss they fell on bed with him under her as they kissed passionately.
After what seems like forever Megha broke the kiss in need of oxygen. They were both panting from the lack of air joining their foreheads. He pulled her close making her rest her head on his chest. They didn't talk anything expect their breaths started to even. After a few minutes Abhi broke the silence "No one ever fed me like that".
"You didn't let Devayani aunty feed you because you didn't want to depend on anyone" Megha concluded.
His lips twitched a little "I don't know who my parents were and then mum and dad adopted me, they became my parents but I never was the son they expected. There is always this empty feeling since I was a child and it grew with me. Lucky was the first girl I was attracted to, it was a different feeling but again she left and I was sad but every one thought I was heart broken but I wasn't. It was anger that she didn't end it properly and the same emptiness became double and I felt li..like-"
"Orphan" Megha completed for him making his gaze shift to her face which was tilted slightly upwards. He nodded making her lift her head and cup his cheek "Which you aren't anymore. You have me I'll not leave you like your parents or like Maha. I'm your family I'm your wife I'll always be with you by your side no matter what happens" with that she sealed her promise with a kiss to his lips.
