Dinner was uneventful and Abhi was happy they didn't start a conversation since he needed time to process everything. He went to his room and found Megha who's gazing outside through the glass wall which is tinted from outside.
He saw her shoulders shaking lightly concluding that she's crying and cleared his throat "I...I don't know what to say but it's my fault we are in this mess and I'll try to correct it. All I need is time. What do you say?"
It's been two minutes but he didn't hear a reply and cleared his throat again maming her turn around and came to a stop seeing Abhi.
She took off her ear pods making Abhi close his eyes trying to control his anger "All this time you were enjoying music and here I thought you were crying" gritting his teeth.
"Why would I cry? It's you who should be crying" Megha said crossing her arms across her chest making him narrow his eyes.
"You are right I should since I got a Devil as a wife" he said making her part her mouth.
"Devil was an angel once and since I'm the devil let me treat you like a sinned soul" she threw the pillow onto the couch and continued sickly "Go and rot on the couch" before sleeping in the middle of the bed.
