You were about to ask Katsuki could you stay for Christmas.

It was in three days, and it was now or never to say something. You had just dressed Kayoko and given her to Carmen to take downstairs. You walked back into your room to see Katsuki putting on jeans. "Damn Kat, your ass looks nice in those jeans." He turned around and scowled you. "Oh, so you can talk about my ass all the time. But the second I compliment yours there's a problem."

Katsuki just snickered before turning back around and putting on a black shirt. You sat on the bed and let out a soft sigh. "I have to ask you something." The weight shift on the bed and thigh touching yours made you feel super nervous. "So, you know I love you, right? And you're I love your family and our friends, right?" He just nodded, wondering what you were getting at.

"But... I also love it here. And I haven't been with my family since I was a kid and I've missed a lot of things, including holidays. We're here and Christmas is in a couple of days. And I was wondering if we could stay here for Christmas?"

Katsuki looked at you, blinked, then let out a "Sure." Your eyes went wide as you looked at him. "Sure? That's all you have to say? I'm asking you to miss a holiday with your family and all you have to say is sure?" You didn't know how, but you had ended up on Katsuki's lap holding his face. He grabbed your hands and held him in his larger ones.

"y/n, you haven't been here in eighteen years. I know I'm a selfish asshole most of the time, but this is your family. Which means this is my family too. You've spent all your holidays with my family, so I can spend one with yours. Plus, Kayoko really likes spending time with her family. So, sure. We can stay."

That made you relax as you got off of him and sat back on the bed. "Thank you. Thank you so much." Katsuki gave you a light kiss before standing up, and when he did you took it upon yourself to slap his ass. He turned around and you gave him a smirk. "I'm taking these off now." "No babe don't!" You laughed while holding his hips.

You had convinced Katsuki to keep the jeans on, but you had to brush your teeth afterward. The two of you went downstairs to see Carmen, Carlitos, and Kayoko sitting at the table. Abuela was in the kitchen making breakfast and gave you two a small hello before going back into focus mode.

You sat next to Carmen and Katsuki sat next to you. Kayoko was in a highchair in-between your siblings and drinking juice. She looked over at Carlitos and put her bottle down. He looked over and saw her patting her stomach as she made direct eye contact with him. "What kid?" She didn't answer but kept patting. "Hey, what's wrong with your kid?" You and Katsuki both looked over at Kayoko to see what she was doing.

"Nothing wrong with her, she's just hungry." You grabbed Kayoko's highchair and pulled it over to you while pushing Carmen's seat to take its place. Katsuki picked Kayoko up and sat her on the table. He was talking to her, but you had something else in mind. "She has a name, y'know? You could at least have the decency to say it." You told him while leaning over to look at your brother. He just shrugged while looking at his phone, and you huffed while rolling your eyes. Fucking teenagers.

"What's your deal? The entire time I've been here you won't talk to me, you avoid me, you act like I don't even exist." "It's not like you do. I've lived eighteen years without you, so you can go back to Japan and leave us just like you did when mom died." "Oh cry me a fucking river Carlitos!" You slammed your hand on the table and it startled Kayoko. "I'm just gonna... Take her upstairs." Katsuki picked her up and went upstairs, leaving the three of you at the table.

"You think I just wanted to leave?" "You never came back." "Well sorry that I had to go to school, then went to college, and let's not forget getting a fucking job as a hero and having a baby. Once you've done all of that let me know when you have the time to travel halfway across the damn world." The two of you continued to argue until Carmen had enough of all the bickering going on. "Stop it you two! The three of us haven't been together since we were kids and you're not going to ruin this for me!"

She then turned to Carlitos. "You need to stop blaming y/n for leaving. Her papa made her leave because he was from Japan and had no family here. y/n begged and cried to stay here with us. So stop making her seem like she's this terrible person who abandoned us." You thought she was done, but then she turned to look at you.

"And you need to stop thinking that Carlitos has to be nice to you. While we got to grow up for a short time, Carlitos never got to do that. He grew up not really knowing who you are. You have to give him time to open up to you." She had to wipe the tears coming from her eyes to calm down. "We're the last thing left of our mother. I don't want us to be separated. y/n already lives in Japan and Carlitos and I are in college. We're adults now, and I don't want us to grow farther and farther away."

You pulled Carmen into a hug, and Carlitos joined too. It was the first time in 18 years the three of you hugged together. It felt nice to hold your younger siblings. Like you were really their big sister. "I'm sorry..." You mumbled while rubbing Carlitos' arm. "I'm sorry too. But not just for that." Carmen and you both looked at Carlitos as he pulled away. "There's something I have to get off of my chest." Carlitos took a breath before looking at his hands.

"For years I didn't like you because you left. I felt like it wasn't fair that you got six years with mom then just left. I don't know anything about her. All I know about her is the stories everyone told me about her. And then you came back, and you look exactly like her. And it makes me feel even worse about being the reason she died." "Woah." You had to stop your brother from speaking after that last sentence.

"Carlitos, you were not the reason mom died. She was sick, she had been her whole life. And having a kid at eighteen doesn't make it any easier. But she wanted us Carlitos, and she loved us so much. And I know if she were here right now she would hug you and tell you how much she loves you." You leaned over and wiped his tears as he cried.

Carmen pulled him into a hug, and you grabbed both of them. You let Carlitos cry it out until he calmed down. Your hand slowly patted his back and he slowly breathed and caught his breath. "Not gonna lie... Thought you were about to come out to me." The three of you laughed as you all sat back down. "We all know that I'm the gay sibling," Carmen said while doing a fake hair flip.

"Wait you're gay Carmen?" "y/n, I'm a short-haired girl with double piercings and a nose ring. You really didn't know I'm la lesbiana? You really think I just "have sleepovers" with the girl that was over here two days ago?" "No one cares about your sexual actions Carmen." She shoved Carlitos and you all laughed again. "Aww, mis nietos." The three of you turned around to see Abuela in the kitchen.

"Abuela... Have you been here this whole time?" ". I just had to watch! Your mama would be so proud." You all smiled at her before you got up. You went upstairs and opened your door to see Kayoko grabbing Katsuki's hair. "Kayoko, please let go of daddy." "No!" She laughed while pulling his hair. Katsuki looked over when he heard you snicker at the situation. "Could I get some help please?" Before you helped, you pulled out your phone and took a picture. Ha, blackmail.

You walked over to him and got his hair out of her grip. "Kayoko, you don't grab daddy like that. Okay?" "Okay, mama." She smiled and clapped at you. "So, are you and your siblings okay?" He asked while looking at Kayoko and sticking his tongue out. "Yeah, I think we're gonna be fine."
