Neville led us through a long tunnel only lit by the single lantern that he was holding "It's been hard here" Neville started to say "The school is crawling with dementors and death eaters.. but the carrows are worse"
"who are the carrows" I whispered
"Brother and sister.. in charge of discipline.. todays lesson was practicing the cruciatis curse... on first years"
"That's barbaric" Hermione said
"I know" Neville responded "I refused to do it... and one of them gave me this shinier" Neville held up the lantern to his face to reveal a large black eye
"Oh gosh... that's a good one" Ron said
"They sound terrible.. I'm sorry you had to go threw that" Harry said patting Neville on the shoulder
"It's ok Harry.. you guys are here now" Neville said before throwing open a large wooden door in front of us. The light immediately caused my eyes to become blurry.
Once my vision was restored i saw that we were standing in a large room. There were pillows and hammocks and sleeping bags everywhere.. along with a large crowd of students starring up at us.
"It's Harry!" One of the students yelled.. The others started to clap and cheer as we were led into the crowd by Neville. Hermione, Harry, and Ron were all hugging and reuniting with their friends. But i found myself standing there unable to reunite with anyone. I again felt Ike I didn't belong there... there were no Slytherins in the room only Hufflepuffs, Ravenclaws and of course Gryffindors. I was hugged gently from behind and turned around to see Luna.
"Luna.." I said quietly "You came back here?"
"Of course" She whispered before Harry started to speak.
"We came here to find something.. something we need .. It has something to do with Ravenclaw... it should be small and-"
"Well there's rewena Ravenclaw's lost diadem" Luna said
"Luna that''s been lost" Cho Chang started to say "Nobody alive has seen it"
"I- we can try to find it" Harry said "can you-"
"Harry.." We all looked as someone entered into the room- It was Ginny
"Ginny!" I said in excitement as i ran to give my best friend an embracive hug
"Haley! I'm so happy to see you but-but Snape knows" Ginny said
"What?" I said pulling away from her as the rest of the students gasped I'd snape knew that we were here we were definitely in trouble.
"I have a plan" Harry said quiet;y as we emoji looked at him
Harry's plan wasn't the best.. but it was the best we could come up with in so little time.. Neville, Hermione, and I walked quietly through the corridors to where we were told the others would be waiting for us. It was sad to walk down the dark and dreary corridors of a place that once was filled with hope and light, where i grew up.. where i met him. But this was no longer a happy place. This was for sure a place i could never return to again. A place of darkness.. no light in sight.
I almost smiled when I saw them though.. the only people i could really want to see in this very moment.. Molly.. Fred.. George.. Tonks, and Lupin. I hadn't seen any of them since Bill and Fluers wedding and how i missed them so.. my family. ROn and I ran to then Huggung each one of them with as much happiness that we could muster at that moment. It felt so good to be back in molly's warm arms.. and to see Fred and Georges faces. It was as if none of this was happening
"We have to go.. Harry will give us a signal" Arther said
Shot back into reality
"Could you lead us to the dining hall?" Molly questioned as Hermione, Ron, and I nodded. We walked slowly not trying to be spotted by anyone as we so faintly started to hear SNapes voice echoing from ahead
"I suggest anyone that may know of Harry Potter's whereabouts step forward now or you will be treated as equally quilty" SNape said as we neared the door
"Whats the signal?" I questioned as I put my ear against the door trying my best to hear what was going on.
"You're wrong" It was Harry
"That's it alright" Arther said as we emoji pushed open the door. The crowd of students turned to face us.
" looks like you have a sucurity problem Professor...How dare you stood where he stood" Harry yelled "How about you tell them how you looked him in the eye that night and killed him in cold blood!"
Snape lifted his wand to Harry's head as we pointed our wands at Snape.. who knew what was going to happen next.. but that was when professor Macgonnagal stepped in front of Harry. Pointing her wand at snape. They looked at eachother for a moment before she started shooting spells at him. One, five, ten until Snape rushed through a nearby window dissapearing into the night.
The dining hall exploded in cheers as Professor Mcgonagall lit every light in the dining hall up proudly. Hermione, Ron, and I ran to Harry giving him a hug. "What do you need?" Professor Mcgonagall asked Harry
"We need time"
