Our twin boys unwrapped their presents in-front of us . Both of them so excited , rapidly unwrapping gifts . Daniel sitting right next to me on our couch , drinking his hot chocolate .
His arm wrapped around my waist , rubbing my side soothingly . We decided a few days ago to unwrap our gifts together , alone . So it can be an intimate moment without the kids .
Daniel leaned over and kissed my temple as the kids once again screamed loudly over the iPhone 11's we bought them . Our boys now being fourteen , we trusted them more with electronics.
Daniel laughed at them , sitting his hot chocolate on the table , laying his head down on my lap .
"Babe " he said looking up at me .
"Yes , love " I replied , a smile resting on my face .
"Thank you for bringing me my happiness "
I smiled at him and kissed him gently , hearing the boys make a gagging noise . We pulled away laughing .
I couldn't ask for a better family .
