When you lose someone you love , it's almost as if time stops - just like when you two first meet. You freeze & then a sort of agonizing silence falls over the both of you as you stare into each other's eyes - but this time it's just you facing the silence , since the person who loved you the most is now gone .
For some time, you'll be reminded of the love you once had . Their smell , their favorite food , movie , book , store , animal , or even their clothes that still fill up your closet - that you haven't pushed yourself to get rid of because you hope that one day maybe they'll come back . Even though , you know in your broken heart that it's not going to happen .
You'll scream , cry , pretend that the pillow laying next to you is them , but it won't work . Then , one day your heart will accept the fact that they will never come back & you will fortunately move on . You start to go on dates , but can't help to be reminded of the person you once called yours .
But it's okay because you'll eventually settle down with a man who doesn't own your full heart because that belongs to the person who stole it first , Hwi Young . Your new husband will badger you about kids , so you have them to make him happy .
The kids bring you a sort of happiness that's unexplainable. You start to wish that Hwi Young could experience the same feeling .
The emotions all come rushing back when you feel like you're on top of the world .
A happy family , a beautiful marriage , & two amazing kids .
