"So, would you rather be known for being a bloodthirsty murderer who feasts on people's teeth, OR would you be known as the person who used the slide in McDonald's as a bathroom?" Luz asked, watching Lucía ponder the thought as she laid back in the couch, looking off to the side.
"Am I allowed to make the McDonald's story better on my end?" She asked, snapping her fingers in Luz's direction.
"No," Luz shook her head, "you are and always will be known as the person who used a slide as a urinal no matter what."
"Shit." Lucía groaned, putting her hand on her chin.
"Language." Luz said with her eyebrows up, making Lucía laugh.
"You language." Lucía pushed Luz playfully, hearing her laugh back.
"Come on! Just choose already!"
"I'm trying, I'm trying." Lucía rolled her eyes, shaking her head. "You know what, shit, lemme be that weird teeth-kink-ing murderer."
"Ewwww!" Luz groaned, sticking her tongue out. "I said you ate teeth, not liked it like that!"
"Hey, sometimes you just gotta be more specific." She shrugged, hearing Luz get grossed out even more.
Before anyone could say anything else though, the sound of ringing came out of Lucía's jacket, immediately making her jump a bit as she took her phone out of her pocket and answered it, putting it up to her ear.
"Yello?" Lucía answered, the faint sound of a voice coming out on the other end. "Where am I? I'm at home, what do you mean 'where am I?'"
Luz tilted her head and raised her eyebrow as Lucía talked on the phone, doing her best to try and hear who was on the other end from where she was.
"What? You didn't tell me that. I would've known if you did." Lucía spoke, her eyebrows pressed against each other. "I mean, I guess, yeah. I didn't have anything planned today, so."
"Yeah, I guess I can be down there in a bit." She smirked, looking down at Luz.
Once Luz thought that she had been caught trying to snoop in on the call, she immediately backed away, flashing Lucía her biggest smile.
Lucía's eyebrow rose when she saw Luz, letting out a small laugh as she shook her head.
"Hey, do you mind if my little sister tags along? She just came to town the other day and she's gonna be here for a while."
"Yeah, she's the one I told you about."
"Awesome, I guess I'll see you soon then?" Lucía asked, nodding her head. "Alrighty then, I'll see you later. Buh-bye."
Lucía slowly took her phone off her ear and put it back in her pocket, turning back over to Luz.
